"Can I believe my eyes? Why have you come back?" Oz said with still of the 3 travelers still shaking except for Y/N.
"Please, sir, we've done what you told us. We've brought you the broomstick of the Wicked Witch of the West. We melted her." Y/N said, putting the broomstick down in front of you.
"You liquidated her, eh? Very resourceful!" Oz said, proudly.
You smiled and said. "Yes, sir. So we'd like you to keep your promise to us, if you please, sir."
"Not so fast! Not so fast!" You flinched with Oz's booming voice. "I'll have to give the matter a little thought! Go away, and come back tomorrow!"
You looked in disbelief. "Tomorrow? But I want to go home now!" You said in disgust and disagreement.
Tin man stepped up beside you and said with disagreement. "You've had plenty of time already!"
"Yeah!" Lion responded with a snarky voice.
"Do not arouse the wrath of the great and powerful Oz! I said, Come back tomorrow!" Oz said.
Toto jumps out of your arms and runs to a curtain hanging near the throne steps.
"If you were really great and powerful, you'd keep your promises!" You said with anger in your tone.
"Do you presume to criticize the Great Oz? You ungrateful creatures! Think yourselves lucky that I'm giving you audience tomorrow... instead of 20 years from now! The Great Oz has spoken!" As Oz says the above line, Toto pulls the curtain back and reveals the true Wizard, you, Scarecrow, Tin man and Lion saw him at the controls of the throne apparatus, speaking his words into a microphone. "The great Oz has spoken." He turns, looks offscreen, reacts and then pulls the curtain. (Talk about clumsy.) "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain. The Great Oz has spoken!"
As he says this, you pulls the curtain aside. "Who are you?" You asked.
"I am the great and powerful..." he said over the speaker but now off mic. "Wizard of Oz."
You looked at him in disbelief. "You are? I don't believe you!"
"No, I'm afraid it's true. There's no other wizard except me." The wizard responds.
"You humbug!" Scarecrow exclaimed, angrily.
"Yeah!" Lion just kept on agreeing with the others.
"Yes, that's exactly so, I'm a humbug." The Wizard said, agreeing with Scarecrow.
"You're a very bad man!" You said, upset that he would send her out for danger.
'No, my dear, I'm a very good man. I'm just a very bad wizard." The Wizard said.
