Chapter 19

It was already midnight and Gavi was sitting in his room, working on some papers when he heard a knock on the door. "Come in," he called out. In walked Aurora, looking nervous and hesitant. "Hey, Gavi. Can we talk?" she asked.Gavi quickly got up and moved his papers from the bed to the table. "Of course, what do you want to talk about?" he asked, gesturing for her to take a seat on the bed. There was a moment of silence before Aurora began speaking. "I want to talk about us," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Gavi's heart skipped a beat. He had been wondering the same thing but didn't want to bring it up in case he misread her signals. "Okay, but before you say anything. I just want to say that I understand if you don't like me, we can just be friend and hangou-" he then gets interrupted by Auora "Gavi. I hope we can be more than friends." Gavi was surprised by her response and didn't know what to say. "Are you serious?" he asked, searching her face for any sign that she was joking. Aurora nodded, her eyes shining with sincerity. "Yes, I'm serious. I know it's unexpected, but it's how I feel." Gavi couldn't help but feel a surge of happiness and relief. He had been hoping that she felt the same way. "I feel the same way, Aurora. And abou the public," he said. "I think you should decide if you want to tell the public. I don't mind." She replies. Gavi nodded in agreement. "Okay, well I'm having a press confrience with Xavi and some of the players. If I get asked I'll just tell them." Aurora smiles at him, "okay great. And about Pedri... Should we just tell him?" Gavi looked at her in shock, "Oh shit, I forgot. Uhm, let's just surprise him." they both laugh.

They continued to stare into each other's eyes, both feeling the weight of their confession lift off their shoulders. Aurora took a deep breath before speaking again. "Gavi, I have to tell you something. Tia Elena told me the conversation you had with her in the kitchen," she said. Gavi blushed, feeling slightly embarrassed. "She did." he said blushing even more. Aurora nodded, a small smile playing on her lips. "Yeah, and when she told me what you had said about me, It... it convinced me to trust you," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. Gavi's eyes widened in surprise, his heart beating faster in his chest. "Really?" he asked, feeling a rush of happiness flood through him. Aurora nodded, her eyes shining with sincerity. "Yes, really. And that's why I'm here now, because I want to give us a chance," she said, taking a step closer to him.

Without thinking, Gavi leaned forward and kissed her, his arms wrapping around her waist. They stayed like that for a few moments, lost in the heat of the moment, before Gavi pulled away, his eyes wide with surprise. "I'm sorry," he said, backing away slightly. "I shouldn't have done that." But Aurora just stared at him, her eyes filled with longing. "Don't be sorry," she said, grabbing him by the neck and pulling him back into a kiss. They stayed like that for a few more moments, their lips locked in a heated embrace, before finally pulling away, gasping for breath. Gavi looked at Aurora, his eyes shining with happiness. "I can't believe this is happening," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. Aurora just smiled at him, her heart overflowing with love. "Me neither," she said, before leaning in to kiss him again.

As they broke the kiss, Aurora started to unbutton Gavi's shirt, her hands shaking with excitement and anticipation. Gavi reciprocated, taking off Aurora's shirt, revealing her lacy bra. They looked at each other, their eyes filled with desire and passion.Gavi then leaned in to kiss her neck, eliciting a soft moan from Aurora. He trailed his kisses down to her collarbone, while Aurora ran her fingers through his hair. Gavi's hands moved down to her waist, pulling her closer to him as they kissed again, their tongues exploring each other's mouths.They continued to undress, removing each other's pants and underwear. He climbed on top of her, his hands caressing her curves. Aurora let out a soft gasp, arching her back as he continued to kiss her body.Their bodies entwined as they explored each other's desires. They were finally able to express their love for each other in the most intimate way possible. She ran her fingers through his hair, pulling him closer to her body. Their bodies moved in perfect sync, and need.  As they moved together, their eyes never left each other, the intensity of their gazes deepening their connection. The room was filled with the sound of their breathing and the rustling of the sheets as they explored each other's bodies.  It was a moment they both had been longing for, a moment that felt like it would never come, but now they were finally together. They were lost in each other, consumed, and nothing else mattered.  As they reached the peak of their passion, their hearts racing in unison. They lay there for a moment, catching their breath, basking in the afterglow of their love.  Gavi looked down at Aurora, his heart overflowing with emotion. "I love you," he said, his voice filled with sincerity.  Aurora smiled up at him, her eyes shining with happiness. "I love you too," she replied.

The next morning, Gavi was awoken by loud knocking at the door. He groggily got up and rubbed his eyes before realizing it was Pedri. "Gavi, is Aurora in there with you?" Pedri's voice could be heard through the door. Gavi's eyes widened in panic and he quickly turned to Aurora, who was still in bed beside him. "Pedri's here, what do we do?" he whispered urgently. Aurora quickly got up and started changing into her clothes as Gavi went to answer the door. Pedri was knocking harder and harder, his impatience growing with each passing second. "No, she's not in here," Gavi lied, trying to keep his voice steady. Pedri didn't seem convinced and pushed past Gavi to look around the room. "Where could she have gone?" Pedri asked, looking around frantically. Gavi's heart was racing as he tried to come up with a plausible excuse. "Maybe she's with Sofia," he suggested, hoping Pedri would buy it. "Oh, right. Let me call her," Pedri said, pulling out his phone. Meanwhile, Aurora had finished getting dressed and quickly hid under the bed as Gavi tried to distract Pedri.

Aurora's heart was pounding as she quickly texted Sofia, telling her to pretend that she was with her so that Pedri wouldn't suspect anything. She sent the message and just as she got it, her phone buzzed loudly. Pedri looked confused and headed towards the bed, but before he could check underneath it, Sofia answered the phone. "Hello Sofia, is Aurora with you?" Pedri asked. "Yes, she's right here. Would you like to talk to her?" Sofia replied. Pedri's face relaxed as he thought he had found Aurora. "Oh no, it's just that she wasn't picking up," he said. Sofia quickly caught on to the situation and played along. "Oh, she's here with me. Her phone powered off. Oh, the food is here. I'll call you later. Ciao!" Sofia said before hanging up.

Pedri turned to Gavi and said, "Sorry dude, I thought she was with you because I heard you guys were talking last night." Gavi chuckled and replied, "Oh no worries, we have to go change we have press conference in 2 hours." Pedri nodded, "Oh right, I almost forgot. We have to get there early, so be ready in half an hour." With that, he left the room.

After locking the door he turns to Aurora and says, "we have to get ready for the meeting. You can stay here in my room, and after Pedri and I leave, you can go do your plans." Aurora nodded and replied, "Okay." Gavi then quickly helped Aurora out from under the bed and asked if she was okay. She said, "Yeah."

After Pedri and Gavi had already left, Aurora quickly ran to her room, feeling embarrassed and confused. She knew she had to call Sofia and tell her what happened. After showered and quickly called Sofia and waited anxiously for her to pick up. Sofia answered on the third ring. "Hey, Aurora, what's up?" she asked. Aurora took a deep breath and hesitated for a moment before blurting out, "I had sex with Gavi last night." Sofia was silent for a moment before asking, "Did you use protection?" Aurora's heart sank as she realized that they hadn't. "No," she said, feeling ashamed. Sofia's voice softened. "Okay, it's alright. We just need to get you the morning-after pill as soon as possible. I'll come pick you up and take you to the nearest pharmacy." Aurora felt grateful for Sofia's support and nodded her head. "Thank you, Sofia. I don't know what I would do without you," she said. Sofia reassured her, "Don't worry, we'll take care of it. I'll be there in fifteen minutes. Just be ready to go." Aurora hung up the phone and quickly got dressed, feeling a mix of emotions. She felt embarrassed and regretful about what had happened with Gavi, but also relieved that she had a friend like Sofia to help her through it.
