At Hospital

Anurag was sleeping on bed while Manik was sleeping in sitting while keeping his head on Anurag's chest. Manik opens his eyes and sees Anurag and starts caressing his hairs

Manik: Thanks for supporting me Anu. I know tu abhi hurt hai andar se but I promise I will take away all that soon. 

Meanwhile Anurag too gets up and sees Manik

Anurag : Good Morning Mani

Manik: Good Morning Bhai.

Anurag: Arre Mani tu yaha theek se so nhi paata. Tu raat ko ghar chala jaayaa kar. 

Manik: No

Anurag: Mani ab main kaafi better hoon. I can manage.

Manik: Anu I won't leave you alone here. And you know I won't listen to you this

Anurag: Hmm 

Meanwhile Veer and Aryan came there. Veer gave a slap to Manik from back. Manik makes a bad face and rubs his head 

Veer: Kese ho guys?

Manik (rubbing his head): Kamine ye konsa tareeka hai haal chaal puchne ka. Itni zor ka maarta hai tu

Anurag: Haan yaar Mani sahi kehta hai, maarta toh tej hai ye. Uss din realize ho gya muje

Veer: Arre yaar uss din muje laga Mani hai 

Anurag: Arre koi nhi Veer. 

Meanwhile Nandini also came there. She looks at Manik. Manik also looks at her. Nandini didn't say a word and turns her face from him. Manik felt sad

Nandini: Hey Anurag kesa feel kr rhe ho ab

Anurag looks at Nandini and remembers when she said no to him. He didn't say a word at that moment. He was hurt from inside because his feelings for Nandini were true. He totally ignored Nandini's question

Anurag : Guys wo main thak gya hoon iss wakt so please if u all can leave me alone

Nandini felt bad seeing Anurag's ignorance to her. 

Veer: Theek hai Anu tu rest kr, hum chalte hai

All four left the room. Anurag gets tears in his eyes. He didn't know when he started crying. 

Other side

Manik and Nandini sees each other

Manik: Nan

Nandini (cuts him): Veer Aryan kese ho tum dono

Veer : Hum badiya Nandini, tum sunao

Nandini: Bas main bhi badiya. 

Aryan: So aaj college jaogi

Nandini: Hnn kyu nhi. Tum sab bhi toh jaoge na

Aryan: Hnnn 

Veer: Me too 

Manik: I won't go guys. Anu yaha akela reh jaega warna. I will be with him all the time

Nandini looks at Manik. 

Veer: Hmm so Nandini humare saath hi chalo college, what say

Nandini: Ya sure

Trio leaves from there while Manik left inside Anurag's ward

At Ward

Manik enters and sees Anurag crying. He runs and cups Anurag's face

Manik: Anu

Anurag looks at Manik with tears in his eyes. Manik keeps his head on his chest and caresses his hairs

Manik: Bas Anu ese rothe nhi

Anurag (teary): Mani koi muje pasand nhi krta.

Manik: chal paagal, sab tuje pasand karte hai. Sabse zyada toh main krta hoon. I look up to you only you know na. 

Manik wipes Anurag's tears

Manik: Chal ese rona nhi hai haan. Tu mera strong Anu hai na. Chal ab smile kr

Anurag didn't smile

Manik: Ese nhi smile karega na tu

Manik then starts tickling Anurag. Anurag now can't control his laugh

Anurag (laughs) : Arre Arre Mani chod de, has gya main

Manik stops and Anurag now sees him with a smile

At night

Nandini came to a place as she got message from Anurag to come there. (Anurag messaged Nandini to come there as she wouldn't have come if Manik had messaged due to her anger to him)

Meanwhile Manik came there

Manik: Nandini

Nandini turns and sees Manik who was looking very handsome

Nandini: Tum 

Manik comes to Nandini and bends on his knees and hold her hand with his one hand and from other hand held his ear

Manik: I am sorry Nandini

Nandini just looks at him

Manik: I know maine bahut galat kiya tumhare saath. But Nandini uss situation me main kuch samaj hi nhi paaya. Anu bachpan se har cheez me mere liye khada hua hai, ese me main kese peeche hat sakta tha Nandini. 

Nandini just looks at Manik. 

Manik: Maine jo kiya main ye nhi kahunga ki maine sahi kiya. Tumhare saath maine bahut galat kiya and uss cheez ke liye I want to apologize to you Nandini

Nandini was just looking at Manik

Manik: Decision tumhara hoga Nandini and I will respect that decision. 

Nandini comes to Manik and the next second she hugs him tightly

Nandini: Bas Manik aur kuch mat kaho. I am happy that I have feelings for the right person. Maine ek ese person ke liye feel krti hoon jo apne logo ko value krta hai and I am happy with this. And rahi baat pehle ki toh I can understand tum kis cheez se guzar rhe the. Mere saath esi situation aati toh main bhi yahi krti shayad. So I have no complains Manik

Manik smiles and cups her face lovingly

Manik: I promise you Nandini, I won't ever leave you again. 

Nandini looks at him with a smile
