Anurag and Manik comes to hall where they saw Amms and Nandini 

Nandini: Amms please maan jaiye na, Amms Manik sach me bahut acha hai hai and moreover I love him truly Amms

Amms looks at Manik and Anurag. Amms stands 

Amms: Dekho Nandu mere according Anurag ek dum perfect hai tumhare liye

Manik and Anurag were shocked hearing this. Manik looks at Anurag while Anurag himself couldn't understand anything. They both felt Amms didn't like Manik but both didn't know that Amms actually liked Anurag for Nandini

Amms: But still tum Manik se itna hi pyaar krti ho toh Manik ko ek chance dungi main. Lekin Manik ko apne aap ko prove krna hoga, usse prove krna hoga ki wo Anurag se better hai 

Manik looks at Anurag. He never ever tried to prove himself better than Anurag. They never had such thing in their mind that they need to prove themselves better than each other. They both just loved each other beyond limits. But now Manik is asked to prove himself better than Anurag.

Manik remains silent

Amms: Kya hua, nhi prove kr sakte apne aap ko

Anurag sees all this. He understood why Manik is silent

Anurag: Nhi Amms, Mani will prove himself to you that he is perfect for Nandini 

Manik looks at Anurag

Amms: Okay then, Anurag bahut acha khana banata hai, aaj MAnik khana banaega. I need to see if he can cook better or at least the level at which Anurag cook food or not. 

This turns a shock to Anurag Manik and Nandini

Manik (shocked): Cooking

Amms: Kya hua Manik? Nhi aati cooking.

Manik : Nhi esa nhi hai, I know cooking (he lied to Amms)

Amms: Toh theek hai fir, raat ka dinner tum banaoge aaj. Fir dekte hai iss test me tum paas hoge ya fail 

Amms leaves after saying this

Manik too leaves to the room 

Later

Anurag came to the room and sees Manik with a broom stick in his hand

Manik: Mere pyaare Anu tu aa gya, tera hi wait kr rha tha main

Anurag: Mera wait kya hua, aur ye broom stick kyu le rakhi hai tune

Manik: Anu maine toh bahut maar khayi hai isse aur pata hai ki iski maar kesi hoti hai, but ye bata kabhi tune khayi isse maar

Anurag nods no in confused why Manik is asking this from him

Manik: Chal koi nhi aaj tuje batata hoon ki iski maar kesi lagti hai

Saying this Manik beats Anurag on his back with Broomstick 

Anurag: Ahh

Manik again raised the broomstick and about to hit but Anurag starts running saving himself from the beating. Manik runs behind him with broomstick in his hand. Meanwhile Nandini came there and Anurag hides behind Nandini 

Anurag: Nandini bachao please

Manik: Nandini hatho aage se, aaj ye bahut pitega mere se

Nandini: Arre Manik kya ho gya, tum Anurag ko kyu pareshaan kr rhe ho

Manik: Pareshaan aur main isse kar rha hoon, arre isne muje din me taare dikha diye hai.  

Anurag (pouts): Yaar esa maine kya kr diya

Manik: Tune kya kiya, abbe tuje ye Sanskaari ladke ban ne ka bahut shauk hai haan. Subah jaldi uthna, pooja krna, naashta banana, chote chote ghar ke kaam krna haan. Tere chakkar me meri lanka lag gyi iss wakt. mere pyaar ka dushman ban gya tu

Anurag (pouts): mani wo sab toh mera daily routine hai. Bas wahi follow kr rha tha. Muje kya pta tha amms itna impress ho jaengi. Main toh bas amms ki help kr rha tha

Manik : acha tere help krne ki chakkar me meri band baj gyi.

Anurag: yaar mani muje sachi idea nhi tha esa hoga. Mujse bahut naraaz hoga na tu. Chal theek hai tu jitna chahe maar le muje

He comes out from behind nandini and stand in front of manik

Manik throws away the broom stick

Manik: nhi yaar Anu tuje todhi maarunga main.

He hugs Anurag

Manik : lekin ab main kya karu yaar. Muje toh khana banana aata hi nhi

Anurag: tu chinta kyu krta hai. Main hoon na

Manik and Nandini looks at Anurag
