He sees kid who's older than him fall inside the building Kaito sees him and is stuck deciding what to do he would want to save the kid but he's already stayed too long in the 24th ward
But he decides that if he was going to change the world he need a special team and team who's lead right below him a team that could help the revolution so he decides to help the guy out as he goes to pick the guy up he quickly releases his 8 Rinkaku tentacles which initially surprised him but as he look closer to the tentacles he realizes that they where very weak compared to his three of this guys tentacle had the same amount of power as the one of his
Kaito determined this by the color of the kagune was a very light shade of red one to make it look transparent while his looked blood red almost making the color of his tentacles out to Shane any other red in the world as he looks at the guy who's seems to be tired and wormed out from a fight

Kaito then release all 9 of his rinkaku tentacles and making them move into a formation behind him making them look like Tailes the guy then realizes that if he was to fight here he would be killed so he unsummoned his rinkaku and Kaito did the same
