💠Shu's Perspective💠

"Wow, you're incredibly cute!" Shu exclaimed as he lifted the black cat, his eyes filled with awe at his new 'friend.'

'Ugh, this is so troublesome. I'm going to die,' Sleepy Ash thought in annoyance.

"Father instructed me to give you a name," Shu said as he gently placed the cat down, "and to present you with a gift." Shu delved into his thoughts, trying to decipher these puzzling requests.

'This kid is so irritating,' he thought, rolling his eyes. 'How hard can naming be?'

"Oh! How about Kitty!" Shu suggested with excitement.

The cat's facial expression immediately contorted in disgust at the name.

'NO!' The cat screeched and hissed at the kid, indicating its disdain for the name.

"Eh!? You don't like that one?" Shu asked, perplexed.

The cat responded with a hiss.

"Then what about Black?"

"Yin."

"Shadow."

The boy pondered, looking at the cat. Naming the cat was proving to be quite challenging.

"Oh, I know! I'll name you Shade!" Shu declared with a beaming smile.

The cat sighed.

'That'll do, I guess,' he meowed.

Shu's eyes sparkled as he gazed at the cat with immense joy.

"Welcome to your new home, Shade!" he said, picking up the cat for a hug. He snuggled with it as Sleepy Ash, now named Shade, sighed in annoyance.

"Oh yeah, the gift! I still need to give you a gift," Shu realized, before quickly rummaging through his room in search of a suitable present.

Shade made himself comfortable on the bed, yawning.

"Aha!" Shu returned, almost tripping, and revealed the item to the cat. In his hands was a small red collar with a tiny bell attached. Shade examined it before the young man began to put it on him. Pleased, Shu lifted the cat, proudly showing it around the mansion. Shu walking around with a cat perched on his head was undoubtedly an endearing sight.

💠Reiji's Perspective💠

"Your name shall be Rain," Reiji stated as he addressed the small bat perched on his bed.

'The name doesn't suit me,' Old Child thought with a hint of frustration.

"Reynold Shadow Von Vermont Sarilin I," he continued.

The bat gazed at the child in awe. Reiji had expertly chosen a name that perfectly suited him.

'This kid has some good taste,' he thought, flying to the child's shoulder. The child beamed with happiness.

"Father also requested that I give you a gift," Reiji contemplated for a moment, delving into his drawer. "Though it may be challenging to select one." He spoke as he scavenged through his drawers, while the bat observed the room from his shoulder.

"Here," Reiji carefully placed the small creature back on the bed and adorned it with a dainty necklace. The necklace was a chain with a petite ruby pendant, just the right size for the diminutive winged creature. The weight was perfect for Old Child, now named Rain, to take flight.

"Welcome home, Rain," Reiji smiled.

💠Ayato's Perspective💠

"So you're a hedgehog," Ayato observed as he poked the small animal.
