...Previously...

"Ok, I heard enough" – said Judge Earley – "I understand both sides of the story and after all the evidence and testimonies of today, I came to a conclusion on the case" – she stated – "First of all let me clarify that I understand that Mr. Mohammadi doesn't belong anymore in the category of enhanced individuals and the Sokovia Accords don't apply to him anymore, but they did during the date of the reports" – she said – "also, I understand that he was in his home country during the time this happened as well, where he was also at the date of the reports the ruler of said country and finally I understand the situation he was in with the comparation with other cases his lawyers named" – she added

"I don't feel so confident with all she said" – said Arash in a whisper nervously

"It's gonna be fine" – said Jennifer grabbing the boy's hand for support

...Now...

"I declare the case of Mr. Mohammadi..." – started to say Judge Earley – "not guilty from the charges against him" – she said and everybody from his side started to cheer while on the other side Ross was taking something to Anne and his lawyer – "however..." – she interrupted the celebrations – "like I said, even he wasn't in the best situation with his powers being controlled by someone else, he was still under the Sokovia Accords, so I order that Mr. Mohammadi remains in probation for the period of a year counting now" – she declared hitting the gavel on the table – "Mr. Mohammadi is going to remain in the current Avengers Mansion, he will have visits from a parole officer every now and then without any previous kind of warning and he can't leave the mansion for more than 5 hours a day minimum and if he does he has to always be close to a legal guardian or any enhanced individual that is registered and can handle any kind of incident that may happen" – she explained

"What about his studies? Mr. Mohammadi was enrolling in Midtown School of Science and Technology, he wanted to renew his scholarship there since he didn't get to finished" – explained Jennifer

"I suggest Mr. Mohammadi to take online courses and ask the school for someone that can help him with the notes and the rest, however he can't attend there unless is necessary for any kind of evaluation and with the conditions I told before" – said Judge Earley – "however he has the right to appeal the conditions of his sentence in 5 months depending on his accomplishment and conduct around said conditions" – she added
