Nandini's accident

Nandini slowly opens her eyes on the sound of monitors beeping and whimpers in pain. Manik who was sitting just beside her quickly becomes alert.

Man- nandini u fine....how r u feeling now?

Nan(painfully)- m..manik my body....it is paining ev..everywhere...

Man- okk just relax seems like painkillers effect is over koi ni i will give u again.

He turns towards side cabinet and prepared a shot then injects it in her cannula.

Nan- sssss......manikkkk.....

Man(rubbing her palm)- it's ok it's ok done now u take rest.

He continues to rub her palm and after sometime she starts feeling better as that was heavy painkiller shot. She opens her eyes properly and looks around.

Nan- where m i?

Man- itni injuries ke baad where do u expect u should be....ofcourse hospital Dumbo...

Nan(shocked)- WHAT.....

She tries to sit but manik immediately holds her down.

Man- oye kya dimag khrab hogya h kya haan. U can't even move from one position and here u want to sit.....lie down silently.

Nan- but why the hell i m in hospital...what happen to me?

Man- u don't remember anything? Sar pr toh chot nhi lgi thi tumhare.....

Nan(grits her teeth)- Manikkk....

Man- what....i m saying truth only. Don't u remember ki tumhe achhe se sadak PR chlna nhi aata aur tumhari eyesight bhi tini weak h ki tumhe itni bdi gadi apni trf aati Hui nhi dikhi and then boom.... congratulations u r here. Wo toh shukr mnao ki mukti and Aliya at that time were going to their fashion house and luckily they saw u and immediately inform me wrna tumne toh uper Jane ka pura full solid plan bna rkha tha nhi....

Nandini first becomes confused but slowly slowly she starts recalling all the events which happened in her office then how she was walking on the road without seeing anything then her accident....every single thing. Her eyes again becomes teary.

Man- now don't u dare to cry ok. Mne abhi toh kuchh bola bhi nhi h and ur this crocodile tears start. Stop crying wrna headache hoga.

Nan(crying)- how can he do this?

Man(confused)- who did what.....hey nandini what happen...did someone said something to u? Now speak up damn it.

Nan(looking at him cryingly)- manik.....

Manik's eyes soften. He softly cups her cheeks.

Man- kya hua?

Nan hugs him from his waist tightly. He too starts caressing her hairs.

Nan- he was behaving like psycho manik....i..i was so much scared....u knw he saw us together and he was so much angry on me for that. He warned me not to roam around with u.....why...it is my life na. I can do whatever I want. Who is he to stop me.

Manik closes his eyes listening this to control his anger.

Man(softly)- who nandu?

Nan(hiccuping)- w..wo madhyam m..my boss.....u knw he said he loves me....(manik closes his fist tightly)....but i told him I don't have feelings for him toh he.....(again starts crying).....

Man- what he did tell me?

Nan- h..he tried to f..forcefully ki..kissed me manik....i pushed him away and immediately came out.....he was so scary....
