Nasca Namrium Ulmeria United Eastern Empire or more commonly referred to as The Eastern Empire is The Oldest Human Empire in the World, with it being founded by the Hero Rudra - The First Hero in History and The Rival of Guy Crimson 

Because of this and the fact that the Empire always held vast Interest on conquering the Western Continent, every Kingdom and even Demon Lord run Kingdoms always prepared a large and powerful Army to combat the eventual Invasion of the Empire

For the only reason why they haven't even launched an Attacked in the West, would be the Natural Fortress named The Great Jura Forest 

Because of the Existence of such a vast Forest and the Power of the True Dragon Veldora, it was believed that the reason why they haven't Invaded was because of such power, with it also having evidence when they tried to conquer the forest hundreds of years ago, but failed when Veldora destroyed there Army very thoroughly

But that wasn't the true reason why they haven't Invaded 

In truth, the Eastern Empire has the capabilities of defeating Veldora, for they too have a True Dragon more powerful and skilled than him, his Sister Velgrynd The Cardinal Dragon and the Fastest Person in the Multiverse 

There is multiple reasons as to why they haven't launched an Attacked as of yet, the first is that they know of the Being that is sealed in that Forest other than Veldora 

And the second is...

For that right now, in the Royal Castle of Rudra, there was numerous Servants or Maids and Butlers roaming around the Castle going through there worked as usual, but there was one that was different in than the rest of the Servants that was roaming around the Castle, with him walking towards the Royal Chamber of the Castle

The Person that was walking towards such a sacred place is a Man that has the appearance of an aged man with blonde hair and a goatee. His long hair was tied into a single low ponytail draped down his back, with him wearing expensive clothes like a black eastern-style suit with gold embroideries that depicted 3 tiger heads

This Man is Damrada the 2nd Ranked of the Imperial Guardians(Royal Guards) of The Eastern Empire, which is an Organization that was created by the Emperor, with the sole purpose of separating the Strong from the Weak, with it also being designed to protect the Emperor 

And for that reason, right now, Damrada was now in the Royal Chamber with the Man that he pledged his Loyalty with seating on the Throne, with the sole thing that is separating the two was a shade that hides the Emperor's face 

" Damrada, why have you request for an Audience " Rudra question his "Second" Strongest Human Fighter right now, and to this the Man then looked at the Emperor and reported 

" Sire!! The Storm Dragon's Energy Signature suddenly disappeared in the Forest!! " Hearing this Rudra only hummed at that like he already expected something like this would happen already 

' I see, so Veldora has disappeared, but now the question would be, why? Why now? If Gadra's calculation is correct it there should still be hundred or so years before he died? ' To this thought Rudra then brought his right hand to his chin ' Could it be that there Interfered with the natural process? Could it be the Blank? ' Rudra thought of the possibility of the Primordial awakening as well

Because of that thought, he shuddered in the Memory of the day he fought her 

It wasn't even a Battle

It was a one-sided beat down, with him being trashed and was treated as such as well in that battle of theirs as well

Of course, to this day he still viewed it as a Lesson, since at that time he though that only Guy Crimson would be able to matched him, and in truth he only fought the Woman when he heard that Guy viewed her as an Immovable Wall that can't be surpassed by his current self, and hearing that he decided to fight her as well to see if what he says is true, and as it turns out it was very true
