I did a test chapter on Itsy Bitsy after I changed my email and password and I checked to see if it updated as fast as it does when I post chapters. (Normally within seconds to a few minutes) So far it hasn't since I've changed the email and passwords on both accounts. (I tried to make one a dud)
It didn't work. It just updated as of 12:10 am of January 23rd 2023. I posted the testing chapter 16 hours ago as of 7:05 today.

Here's proof of the testing chapter has been taken. This time it took them almost 12 hours to steal it after I changed my email and password on Wattpad itself. So it's not a hacked email I think. I don't know what do at this point. Is my account just compromised forever? Do I need to restart with a new account and write on there or is there anything else I can do to at least stop future chapters from being stolen? I'm sick of this and it's giving me anxiety. I don't wanna be MIA again for another six months or even have to stop writing on Wattpad.
Does anyone know if mailing yourself your own book copy rights is still viable in today's world? If that works I will mail myself the copyrights as a backup in case I wanna truly publish and make money off my stories later in life.
What do you guys think I should do. Please message me or comment on this chapter.
