hi, it's me. (i'm the problem it's me)

when i started writing this, i was so excited about it, and i couldn't imagine ever tiring of it. but i guess i have. i'm kinda going through some things mentally and i have literally zero motivation to write anything for this. i don't really know where i want to take it, at this point. i had some initial ideas which were scrapped along the way, and then i just never replaced the original plot ideas (which i've completely forgotten oops) with new or better ones.

if you even mildly enjoyed reading this, thank you so much. it really means a lot if someone thought my writing was worth something. and i'm sorry that it's being discontinued as of now. if you just randomly clicked on this in a daze of boredom and hunger for fanfiction... fair enough. thanks for doing that, too.

i'm discontinuing someday, somehow. because i've come to hate it. because it's, to be frank, boring.

i had an idea, where the slytherin friend group—that is; draco, blaise, theo, pansy, hadie and artemis (who would have, eventually, adopted the nickname art)—had this very particular aesthetic or vibe. i became sort of obsessed with it, and then started this.

] the faults of this fic [

i, personally, hate artemis. originally when i "created" her character, i just wanted her to be someone far too perfect to mimic reality. but i don't know what to do with her now. it's so unlikely that a teenager like her would be completely unaffected by the death of their mother, but i made her like that anyway. i wanted her to be somewhat like me, but better.

and to be honest, i'm not someone who knows the canon slytherin characters very well. i just made them fit into what i wanted them to be, likely making them so out of character it was painful. whoops.

the plot? i forgot most of it. there was a point where i literally had to read through my own work so i knew what the fuck was going on with these characters. maybe one day i'll think about editing and/or continuing. but that's not now, or anytime soon.

] unpublishing? [

i don't know if i want to even keep this fic up. but i thought i'd ask you. to me, it has very little value, and i'm kind of embarrassed about it; but if literally anyone still wants this up, i'll refrain from unpublishing it.

you don't have to comment/respond, but it'd be appreciated.
