Game start

I looked at my phone to see that my time

5 minutes? Shit

I took a glance at the obstacle and looked over Aguni

"I gotta go, you coming with me?" I asked him hurriedly

He looked at his phone and looked at me,

"Lets go" 

We jumped over the obstacles that had almost more than 2 meters and climbed ropes.

Then there, stood a 5 meter wall.

A very flat one, too.

There was no where to grab.

I see other players getting on each others back and climbing.

I look at my time

3 minutes 42 seconds

How the fuck did Kuina clear this?

I looked around and see Kuina stretching and helping to build a human ladder.

"GET OUT OF THE WAY! I NEED TO GO FIRST! I ONLY HAVE 3 MINUTES!" A girl shouted

"There are some people who don't have physical abilities! So elder people should go first! Haven't you learn manners?" An elder man with 30 minutes said

"LIKE I GIVE A FUCK ABOUT MANNERS! IM ABOUT TO DIE!" The girl shouted back

I looked around to see the rope that I used to climb over. And remembered I had a pocket knife

OH! This is why you always need to stay calm in any kind of death situations!

"Aguni, could you gather the most heavy car tire and bring them over here?" I asked

He quickly agreed and dashed off

I rushed to the ropes and see that there were still some people didn't pass it yet.

Sorry guys, but you still have some ropes left!

I cut off 3 of the ropes and tied them together

Aguni came to me and brought a really big one

"Are you able to throw this over the wall?" He hesitantly nodded and tried to tell me something but stopped

I quickly tied the ropes to the tire and tested if it would hold it.

It worked!

I asked Aguni to throw it over the wall and he did it with all his will power.

I looked up to see that it got over and looked at the team that was trying to build a human tower to see that some of them were still arguing

I asked what time did Aguni had and he said 1 hour

I told him to alert the people that had 5 minutes and scurried away

I climbed over the wall first and ran to see two ways one said,

'Short but hard'

'Easy but long'

'You cannot change routes after choosing'

I knew that I didn't have any much time left but what is there was a wall again? I wouldn't be able to climb. I smelled smoke coming out from the short one... I'm fast at running anyways.

I ran and saw that there was about 2.5 kilometers of path

Oh shit. I glances at my time 1 minute 37 seconds

There was no time on hesitating, I had to run.

Run for my life.

Aguni POV

I helped some of the people that had short time and got myself running so I would still have time.

'Short but hard'

'Easier but long'

Reader POV

I ran and ran and I was about halfway through but suddenly, I heard a growl

No, not my stomach

A lion.

I'm fucked.

I ran as fast as I could

I saw a goal about 42 meters and felt relief washing over me I knew that I only had about a few seconds and ran in inhuman speed with the body I trained for most of my life

But, of course it wouldn't be that easy.

A giant rock fell from the roof and saw that the path was about to get blocked.

I ran more faster, using 200 percent of my strength but still, a rock managed to hit me in the head when I was 8 meters away from the goal.

I lost consciousness and fell on the rough concrete.
