Then after that, Peter left the place not permanently but he just decided to swing a little which MJ didn't think much of and was fine with so

He starts swinging around to clear his head to give himself  peace and just doing it

then moments later 

he encounters Kraven on the road they fight for what seems like forever traveling from the streets onto rooftops and eventually ending up on the rooftop peter and mj  they were laying on at

the beginning of nowhere home catches peter off guard for only seconds

but gives Kraven enough time to knock spidey off balance and pin him down with a net spider-man struggles to get out

but the net is strong raven reaches for the rifle on his back as spider-man pleads his case but it doesn't matter

he shoots peter parker is dead or so we thought 

then afterward he gave him to the kingpin 

congrats Kraven you may have not killed him but im feeling generous since you brought him for me but you should have a reward for it Fisk said handing over a suitcase filled with Cash Kraven opened it to find it there 

Kraven smiled that he finally got what he wanted and that he did well so that when he needed it again Fisk would call him again 

Peter wakes up finding himself in some cage held in a cell with thick vibranium walls so he won't be able to break it out using his super strength 

so when he tried to break out of his cage using his full strength it was no use for him to get out 

There's no use breaking out there Spiderman or I should say Peter parker Fisk said with a smile as Peter realized that fisk knew who he was 

his eyes widened in shock as he also noticed long after his mask was gone nowhere to be found 

of course, Fisk knew since that fight in the rain they had it didnt long to find out the boy's name who loves pretty much infromation about him 

your looking for this Fisk said looking out his spiderman mask out as Peter tried to reach for it

anyways as I was saying- 

what you're gonna kill me now Peter said annoyed 

no no, not yet at least I wanted to be the man that killed you so afterward I let the world know who spiderman is Fisk said with a smirk 

but before that, I wanted to hurt the people you love most it would then make you suffer knowing you're the reason they got hurt Fisk said with a smile 

of course you do there's no way in hell that I would let you know ever Peter said annoyed 

Fisk: well luckily for you I already figured it that out since you sure spend a lot of time with that girl MJ short for Michelle Jones Waston  you know is she your girlfriend since its been known you two were an item so can't say im surprised however it's quite a shame that she's being dragged into this mess

why are you doing this fisk to me you know perfectly well that she has nothing to do with this you Peter said scared of what will happen to MJ 

Fisk;the big man whomever he might be has nothing against heroes no hero can thwart enough crime to dent his income but you you frighten criminals off the street entirely except when you're off battling the likes of the rhino than the big man's profitable army of petty thugs think themselves beneath the Spiderman 

so as long as i keep fighting crime you'll keep making bigger and better-

well that's what exactly you want me to do right now then since I have to teach you a lesson or two about getting in my way of your loved ones well the drag of it Fisk said coldly

she just had a quick night shift at the bugle she needed to work on for the day and of course, she had Ned with her 

since she had been pretty scared walking alone by herself not wanting to herself raped or killed or anything like that 

I think since that day when she was jumped by some guy almost being raped by him or being abducted by it so thanks to her boyfriend saving her ass 

but then after that, she's been sort of nervous walking alone due to that so it kinda makes her worry about her surroundings
