Peter Parker is at Norman Osborns house already when he enters he sees Harry Osborn there

Hey Peter My father wants to meet you Harry said with a smile

um hey Harry yeah um I know I've heard Peter said nervously

okay good man my father will be down here any minute Harry said bluntly

then Norman Osborne comes through a set of double doors from the top of the stairs

hello you must be Peter that my son talks a lot about you about how intelligent you are you know im something of a scientist myself Norman says to Peter

Peter is getting Deja vu from his quote you know im something of a scientist myself it's like everything he has is repeating he's pretty scared about it and the likes of Norman

maybe he can prevent it if he tries right and it's not like he can push his friends

since they chose to stay with him no matter what the cost was

he can't force his decisions on them it's their choice if they didn't want to they would've pushed him away a long time ago but they didn't

they never once gave up on him so why should he give up on them they love him and he loves them

it reminded him how similar to the vulture in homecoming when he was with Liz Allen the tension here was the same

Peter is scared yes he heard of Norman but he knows him meaning that the man who killed may exist here in his world too his biggest fears are coming to life

so Peter you dont say much do you hope you dont mind if I ask you about your job and how life treating you you Norman said with a smile

um yeah, I dont mind, sir -

oh please peter you dont need to be so formal call me Norman or mayor Osborn im kidding with you boy Norman fine Norman said with a smile

oh um okay Norman uh I work two jobs one for the bugle and the other for the ESCu Lab with Doctor Conners and some students there too Peter said with a shy smile

wow that sounds quite like the opprinty keeping yourself busy I see if you want your welcome to work here if you like because we could use that science brain of yours dont you think Norman said with a smile

um appreciate the offer sir I dont know since I already have two jobs that I enjoy i dont think I need another im sure there are people there who are just as intelligent uh such as your self Peter said nervously

oh ok fair enough you got me there but if you change your mind you're always welcome back quite respectable of you young man Norman said with a smile

what about life how are things treating you Norman said quickly with a smile

um good I have met some nice people there so good so far Norman Peter said with a smile

I suppose you harry weren't given an offer there for ESCU Norman said coldly to his son Harry

uh no sir Harry said sadly

Peter just gave Norman a disgusted look that he would go out of his way to shame his son like that

Harry was jealous of Peter that his dad seemed to like and favor him more than him

He wished he was just as smart as Peter was the only reason he gets accepted most of the time is becuase he's rich

he was happy that he got a girlfriend that it was Gwen since she seemed to like him and he likes her too

His dad for the first time said he was proud of him other than that it was one time thing sort of after that

um it's nice to meet you sir but I have to go since my boss Jameson needs me now Peter said nervously

ok then you best be better on your way Norman said with a smile then Peter left his mansion

he's a weird kid Norman said as soon as Peter left

Harry just shrugs it off not caring and being completely envious of Peter and how much he was more appreciated by his father than he is by his dad

He just went upstairs to his room not even acknowledging his dad going to talk to Gwen there

Rant to him about his father for like the millionth time which Gwen didn't mind since she knows how much Harry loves his dad

how desperate he was to get his approval and attention from him it sort of breaks her hearing it all the time

but she knows she can't do much about it

I mean a lot of kids like harry cared about one thing only and that was love and approval making their parents proud in most situations their dads were proud of them

Peter left walking off Normans place just walking now outside their giant ass Gate they had the richest people appeared in their house

Peter then called MJ and Ned for some info

hey Peter what did Norman talk to you about does he know that you know what Ned said on the phone

uh no he doesn't he just heard about how harry talks about me and how smart and intelligent I was so he sort of offered to work at Oscorp Peter said bluntly

and what did you say Ned said nervously to Peter

I said no I already had two jobs and im sure the people you work through there are just as smart as you are Peter says nervously

of course, generosity lying to the mayor was sure the best thing honestly can't say I blame you but honestly, I have this thing where I constantly tell the truth even if it hurts their feelings MJ said annoyed

dude are you coming over to my place today Ned said excitedly

um yeah sure Peter said nervously with a smile

ok see ya there I'll leave you two love birds alone then bye Ned said hanging up leaving just MJ and Peter there

um are you going too Peter said nervously

um yeah sure why not but I need a ride there can you swing me there by any chance or ned portal me or something MJ said with a smile

um yeah sure Peter said with a smile

love you bye MJ said hanging up after that
