chapter 5:
"it all started 100 years ago" began Philip, he placed his cup of tea on the small coffee table in front of him and stared out the window as if he was remembering something he'd rather not remember.
"the evil RED witch somehow managed to get into gnarnia and in the past 100 years she has killed billions of people, destroyed towns, and turned people against aslan, and for 100 years all of gnarnia just put up with it in hope that the witch will eventually leave.
but recently her rain of terror has increased and she has made a new law that anyone who doesn't stop worshipping aslan and starts worshipping her by the end of the month will be killed along with their family.
their is only one person in all of gnarnia (besides aslan) who is powerful enough to get rid of this law and to destroy the red witch and that person is 'prince Lewis' the rightful prince of gnarnia (besides aslan). sadly though the witch managed to capture and imprison him in some unknown location.
and that's exactly why i believe you're here, i believe aslan sent the four of you gnarnia so you can find prince Lewis and help him destroy the red witch ONCE AND FOR ALL"
Philip thought he would stop for a moment to give the children time to processes everything.
"how are we gonna find king Lewis if his hidden somewhere un-known?" asked alaura
"well according to the rock aslan gave you the next step is to travel to the city of ancient giants. the only problem is to get their you have to cross severe waters, fortunately though i have a friend who owns a ship called 'the dawn treader' hopefully he will lend it to us" said Philip
at the mention of the rock tom remembered what happened earlier and decided to mention it to the others.
they were all amazed when they saw that the first sign (1.as soon as you set foot in Gnarnia, you will meet someone who LOOKS FAMILIAR to an old and dear friend. you must greet that person at once. if you do, you will all have great help.) was crossed off and they were more amazed by the fact that it actually happened!
"now i have no doubt that you were sent by aslan" said Philip "but we must hurry because all over gnarnia people are already beginning to worship the witch".
Naomi the youngest of the children was shocked for she was still too young to understand why anyone would worship someone who loves to shed blood. "why?" she asked
"because of fear, people are so scared of the witch that they lose sight of their faith and and follow her instead. cowards!" Philip spat at the word 'cowards'.
the five of them stayed up for a couple more hours discussing the journey ahead of them before turning into bed.
the children were secretly terrified about going on this journey, they had never done anything this brave before and they had no idea what dangers they were gonna in counter.
they all individually sent a little prayer out to aslan that night to ask him for courage to face whatever obstacles lay ahead.

this chapter isn't really that good (it sounded better in my head) but please bear with me
