Tough love(Ao'nung X Neteyam)

Chapter 4. Bonding

Third person pov:

It was the next day, time for everyone but Neteyam to learn how to breath. Neteyam had to still learn how to swim better

His heart skipped a beat as he walked to the beach, his siblings already there with Tsireya, Ao'nung waiting for him "hey pretty boy, you ready?" Ao'nung asked, Neteyam could feel his face heat up when he said that. Does he think I'm pretty? He thought. Maybe he does

Ao'nung just stared at him "yo are you good? Are you sick?" He asked, walking to Neteyam and putting one hand on his waist to pull him closer and another on his face

"Dude your hella hot, maybe you should sit down?" Ao'nung said, forcing him to sit down with himself "Nono I promise that's not it. I just um...let's just get started?" Neteyam said, quickly getting up and jumping into the water, Ao'nung sighing and followed

Ao'nung sighed 'finally this idiot got it' he thought, going to sit on his Ilu

Neteyam swam up to him, holding onto Ao'nung's Ilu. Ao'nung smiling at him "get on, we're gonna go somewhere else to practice your breathing" he said, helping neteyam get on in front of him

Ao'nung snaked his arms around Neteyam's and held onto his ilu, then starting to go to the three brothers rock

Neteyam's pov

Oh I definitely turned a darker shade of blue when Ao'nung touched my waist. His arms where cool. I wonder if his whole body's cold too

I sorta slid back. So my back was touching his chest, playing it off as it was nothing but his cold skin felt so nice on my warm skin. I looked at his hands and blushed. They where definitely much bigger then mind. He could probably wrap just his hands around my waist and his fingertips would touch

My mind wondered and before I knew it we where at three brothers rock

Ao'nung got off and helped me up. Sitting down, I sat next to him "so now we're gonna do breathing. You need to slow your heart rate by taking constant breaths" he said. I closed my eyes trying to follow instructions

He just laughed and moved to me. Putting one hand on my stomach and one on my chest "from your stomach, not your shoulders"

I tried my best to calm my heart rate but it only sped up "slow it down forest boy, not speed it up" he laughed as my heart sped up more. I could only think about how cute his laugh was. How nice his hands felt and how big they where

I opened my eyes as he looked to me "do I make you nervous?" Ao'nung asked, making my face go a deeper blue color again

I didn't say anything I just stared into his eyes. Wanting to feel his lips again

He only looked at me, a small smirk on his face "I'll take that as a yes pretty boy" he said, laughing as he moved his hands from me

I whined. Internally wanting to slap myself for DOING SUCH A THING

And for a boy I met two days again I can't believe myself

Ao'nung looked at me "cute but what was that about" he asked

I just mumbled, I missed his cool skin against mine, it made me feel as though I was floating

"You seem uncomfortable, do I make you nervous?" Ao'nung asked, looking at me

WHY DOES HE KEEP ASKING THAT

I just met him two days he's killing me

"Y-yk maybe we should head back to the others?" I said, trying to change the subject, Ao'nung just shrugging and getting back on his ilu, letting me sit in front of him and sliding his arms under mine and holding onto his ilu, taking us back

By the time we got there the others had went back to the huts for dinner, I got off of the ilu and went to the shore, Ao'nung doing the same "how about you meet me here at midnight?" As much as I wanted to decline I couldn't "yea sure, see you" I said, quickly walking off towards my hut

When I walked inside EVERYONE eyed me, lo'ak speaking first "where'd you go with Ao'nung?" He asked, smirking at me

"We just went out and he helped me with breathing, sorry im late ma" I said, looking to my mother, she just nodded as I sat down to eat with them

Third person pov

After everyone had went to bed neteyam got up, quickly checking everyone was asleep before walking out and heading towards the shore, where he saw Ao'nung sitting and looking at the stars

He sat next to Ao'nung, speaking up "my father came from a star. That one right there" Neteyam said, pointing up

"Your proud of that?" Ao'nung asked, looking at him

"Of course. Sometimes I wish he never came here but I'm still proud of the fact that my fathers different" neteyam sajd, looking up

Ao'nung on the other hand was staring at neteyam, taking in his beauty

"Hey why do you call me pretty boy?" Neteyam asked, looking at Ao'nung. Locking eyes with him

"Well your a boy and your pretty, it's better then calling you forest boy" Ao'nung said, staring at Neteyam's eyes

Neteyam just laughed "so your admitting I'm pretty" he said, looking back to the stars "I think your pretty too"

Ao'nung's face started to heat up, he looked at the stars as well "thanks pretty boy"

"Of course Water Prince"

Idk why but this books chapters always take me forever to write😭
I'm gonna try and post every two days for this one but maybe everyday, I'm not sure
