I sat in the audience with Maya as the school play continued "Eyes, look your last. Arms, take your last embrace. And, lips, oh, you the doors of breath, seal with a righteous kiss" I huffed out a puff of air leaning back in the medal chair I was sitting in
"Back off!" Farkle jumped out from behind one of the fake stage pillars
"What meanest thou? Spear carrier... who havest no lines" Maya nudged me with her arm pointing towards Farkle and Lucas with a goofy smile "Oh no...." Shaking my head I sunk deeper into my seat as Maya laughed
"Farkle, what are you doing? It's "Romeo and Juliet" "Well, now it's 'Romeo and Juliet and Farkle' I play Farkle" I rolled my eyes at his quirk as Maya clapped enjoying the chaos that is currently ensuing
"Dude, I'm supposed to kiss the girl, Shakespeare said" Lucas exclaimed as Farkle walked further onto the "stage" with in actuality was just the gymnasium floor
"Who thinks the spear carrier should finally get to kiss Juliet?" Looking at the audience Farkle motioned to himself as the crowd cheered and by crowd I mean more specifically Maya
"Yeah, you kiss that girl, you crazy spear carrier" She clapped standing up I stood with her trying to sit her back down "Hark! You two cometh uppeth here and getteth kissed too" Farkle pointed his propped spear at us as the audience cheers got louder
"Why me" Whining with my head low I treaded after Maya as she thanked the audience sarcastically "Thank you, thank you. You're too kind, seriously"
"Scooch" I nudged Riley as she scooted over making room for both Maya and I "How you doing?" Maya quirked facing Riley as she she shrugged "I just don't understand how we end up in situations like this" Riley shook her head in disbelief
"I do" I groaned as they chuckled at my agony

"Never Again" I mumbled rubbing the back of my neck in pain how can a prop hurt so much
"Wooo" I jumped as a crowd of people cheered as I walked down the hall
"I could get used to that" Maya rolled her eyes at me as I bowed dramatically to the crowd
"Weren't you just complaining" She scuffed side eyeing me making me laugh "Feelings can change" I shrugged waving to my fans "I don't understand you" Chuckling she threw her arms around my shoulders as we walked off to the side where our lockers were
More of the cast came out of the gym and the crowd clapped for them too until Farkle came, the hallway fell silent
"Ugh rude" I scuffed clapping my hands as I saw Farkle start to pout and at my clapping the crowd clapped too "Thank you Farkle nation" He chanted making me roll my eyes I really think I'm gonna be doing that this entire book.....

"Farkle, come here" Maya called out to him walking in his direction, Riley stopping her "Maya don't he thinks he was good" Riley scolded as Maya turned to us
"Yeah, I'm gonna fix that" Maya retorted continuing to walk in Farkle's direction me stopping her this time "But if you tell him he's gonna be sad and you know how he gets when he's sad" Groaning I shook her by the shoulders a little as she made me halt in my movements
