Zac sit in his car and cry he read the letter about 15 times , he know everything fatima said in the letter was true . He knows that there are destined to be together but he knew they both had to work on there trauma in order to love each other completely...So if them being apart from each other  is what it will takes then he was ready to healded him self while she does they same

15 minutes later zac drove to the bar an had a few to drink ..but then he heard fatima voice in his head " Baby I no ur hurting but thats not the way to deal with the pain I love you please I don't wanna loose you over something u had no control over all because u choose the bar ,please baby go see ur therapist talk to him an start this journey with me "  Zac  was so zoned out he hadn't noticed a girl came up talking to him

Ashley : Hey handsome u okay u look lost there for a minute

Zac: Am not interested

Ashley : U in gotta be rude

Zac: Then leave.....zac was on the verge of snapping on her but Fatima voice was still in his head so he decided to go home cause he dont wanna loose her trust by messing around on her over a few drinks

Zac went home an called his therapist to set up an appointment which will be tomorrow at 10am

BACK IN PHILLY

Fatima went to her parents house to stay an to also see her therapist....but before she could start her healing journey she was depressed, not eating ,she was locked away in her room for days , she barley talks to her family she was just zone out in her old little world .....her parents and brothers try everything possible to get her to eat but nothing was working ...so they decided to give her space which has now been 2 weeks

Taraji: Fatima baby its been two weeks since u been like this u havent said a word since u came back ....plz open the door baby

Fatima : Silent

Her dad and brothers was standing right there ....issiah an Joshua wanted to pay zac a visit cause they think that zac hurt her , but terry stop them cause he knew zac didn't hurt her , so he advised everyone to stay clam until fatima talk to them

Fatima was ball up in her room crying ,she got up to open the door but she fatined an collapse, her parents heard the loud noise and taught she might have hurt her self .....so her brothers kick down the door fainding her laying on the groud pass out

Her mom rush over to her an she was boiling hot they call the ambulance which arrives in less than 2 minutes, they check her an her pulse was weak she was running a fever and her pressure was to the roof .....The paramedics starts an IV an they start to do CPR they were able to get her heart beat back but they needed to get her to the hospital

THE HOSPITAL

The doctors rush her to the emergency room cause there was loosing her ,her pressure was too high

20 minutes later they were able to get her stable but she was in a coma, so the doctors decided to go talk to her parents to get some information to what cause this

Doctor Cotton: Hi am doctor cotton

Taraji : Hi am taraji Fatima's mom this is my husband terry and my sons zayden,Ezekiel,issiah and jousha

Doctor Cotton: Its nice to meet u all , but am fatima is not doing too well

Terry : Is my baby girl okay ( crying )

Doctor cotton: She will be but may I ask what cause her to fall in such depression?

Taraji: To be honeat doctor I don't know she came back home two weeks ago and She hardly said anything to either of us , she don't eat she just crys an locked her self away in her room ( crying )
