She's reliving the traumatic event through nightmares and flashbacks, and she's also experiencing feelings of isolation, irritability and guilt . You also told me last week that she's having a hard time sleeping
Mom : How can we help her?
Dr Harper : We need to get her stable first before we try therapy which means she's gonna have to relive that day all over again an she's not ready for that
