:✧･ﾟ: *✧･ﾟ:*MARGARET GRAY. Daughter of the great Polly Gray, cousin to the leaders of the Peaky Blinders and mother to Carissa Gray. She was called all different sort of things, varying from her family's background to the choices she made as a teenager. Growing up with a woman who even Birmingham's most dangerous gangsters feared - and admired at the same time - was tough. The strong woman raised her children to not take anybody's shit and fight for the one's you love.
But in 1909, she failed to do that. The young girl fought the men who tried to take her away but ended up leaving her brother and sister to be carried off without her. Between Polly and Maggie, they lost the fight. They lost Micheal and Anna Gray, leaving Polly Gray heartbroken and Margaret feeling guilty. She could have been there in that car protecting her siblings from whatever evil came their way.
After that day she promised to protect her family from who ever attempted to harm them. At the age of nine she took that oath. And she held on to that vow when she held Carissa Ada Gray for the first time. Maggie would never let anyone or anything hurt those green eyes, ever.
