"Chota!"

They pushed him towards the exit, making them the last one to leave.

While running, Y/N was unfortunately a bit too late as the fire got to their legs.

A scream erupted the room as Arisu and Karube pulled them out. Tears filled their eyes as the panicked men put out the fire.

After putting out the fire, they tried to stand up but failed miserably. How was Y/N gonna walk now?

"Karube, carry her. We need to get out of here together, no matter what." Arisu demanded, determined to get out with eachother.

"Oh uh- of course, okay."

He piggybacked them, Y/N breathing heavily in pain. After running down the stairs, Karube gently put them on the floor as the others sat down out of their tiredness.

"It's all thanks to you guys. Thank you." Shibuki spoke.

No one said anything, Karube just side-eyed her. She killed someone for the sake of the game, who knows if she will do it again?

Shibuki then found a table with a card on it.

'Three of Clubs'

She picked it up, examining it. Suddenly, their phones made a victorious sound and everyone was awarded a 3-day visa.

The sound of footsteps in-front of them made everyone look up with fear in their eyes.

A man started walking towards everyone but stopped in a long distance. He had a bleeding right arm and limped when he walked.

"I'm going to...drop out of the game!" He said to them in a tone so they can hear him.

"You guys. There's no end to this game, no matter how much you clear." He continued.

"My visa ends today. Finally...this is the end." The strange man looked up in the sky, a relieved face forming. Suddenly, a laser shot him in the head from the sky.

'Oh god..how am I gonna play anything for visas if I have injured legs?'

~Time skip -> they go to a place where they can stay at.~

"Y/N, I brought some things to help you patch up your legs."

Karube walked into their 'room' and kneeled down near the bed, where they were sitting on.

"Does it still hurt?" He asked, looking at them with concern in his eyes.

"A little bit." They responded with a sad expression.

"You're sad, whats wrong?"

He lifted her left leg and rested it on his thigh so he could patch the wound up. Feeling shocked by the question, Y/N couldn't help but let out a 'huh?'

"I can tell that you're sad. What's wrong?"

"I'm okay."

He continued patching their leg up while looking up at them a little bit.

"You can tell me anything, Y/N. It's good to let your feelings out once in a while."

Karube finished patching and let their leg down and lifting their right leg slowly, being careful not to hurt them. They thought about it for a minute and decided to tell him.

"Karube, what if I'm a burden to you and the others while we are doing these games? I don't want to be too dependent on you guys. I just- feel useless."

They kept venting for some time, not even realising that he finished bandaging and sat next to them. He listened and took in whatever they said, no matter how stupid he thought it was.

"And...that's about it. I just feel like I'd slow you down!"

Turning to him, they made eye contact as he gathered his thoughts. They had tears in their eyes, a few dropping down their cheeks. Suddenly, he put his hand on top of their head and smiled.

"You sound stupid. I promise you, you wont slow us down! We will always be by your side, no matter how hard it gets. And I'm sure it will heal soon! I will pray every night for it to get better."

Bumping his head to theirs, he side-hugged them while chuckling slightly. They turned red and giggled a little too, feeling better after hearing his comforting words.

Karube started to change the topic and talked to get their mind off of the negativity. As they were listening, they couldn't help but admire him. He was such a gentleman.

Not long after, Y/N fell asleep in that position. His voice was like music to their ears, singing them to sleep.

A minute later, he noticed that they dozed off. Slowly, he laid them on the bed and covered the lower half of their body with a blanket.

"I love you and goodnight, Y/N."

He turned off the light, luckily unable to see their red cheeks.
