Tomoe's pov
'This woman is really incredible yet she doesn't remember me at all even after living so long her memories probably deteriorate every century she lives' I thought to myself
"Hey if you have no interest in becoming my familiar then why are you here" she asked looking at me with a deadpan stare
I unfold my my folding fan "I just came to taunt you and it's not like you know how to form a contract anyway" I said I heard her chuckle
Then it became a laugh "you think I don't know a kiss is all I need to tame you" she said with a smirk on her face I froze
"It's not my first time dealing with a demon such as you even my son's are half demon" she said "you are married then" I said my face darkened
"I was married twice one died and one disappeared...both left me Nothing but sadness and regret" she mumbled the last bit but I heard the hurt tone in her voice
"Mom I'm back" I heard this would be my cue to make myself scarce as I disappeared from the conversation
Angela's pov
"Quinn how lovely of you to come just in time too" I said "where are we going?" She asked confused as I dragged her away with kotetsu and onigiri coming with us
"We're going to subdue Tomoe" I said "why he seems to want nothing to do with us" Quinn said "I beg to differ" I said
'If he has a link to my past then I need to get him to spill his guts and tell me what I want to know even if it means forcing him to become my familiar' I thought to myself
Quinn's pov
'I see the look of determination in my mother's eyes she's going to get her way does she have a goal for this...I'm not sure' I thought to myself
"So miss Quinn is your mother usually like this" onigiri said "Yup mom is very determined even without her unique personality" I said
"I can hear you" mom said glancing behind her to look at me I sweatdrop and I follow closely behind her "was she always like this" onigiri said
"I'm not sure she doesn't really say much about her past I can only guess she is hurting from her past and keeps it bottled up inside or her memory deteriorated because she's been alive for so long" I
I felt a back slap "if you're going to talk about me please do it somewhere I can't hear you" mom said "sorry mom" I said
3rd person pov
Tomoe was surrounded by tanuki women and sipping sake "master tomoe" kotetsu and onigiri making tomoe accidentally spit out his sake
"What are you fools doing here" tomoe said "master Tomoe please become lady Angela's familiar" kotetsu said "no I like my free life and living the life of a familiar is tiring" tomoe said
"I don't care if the shrine were to be reduced to rubble or burned to ash" tomoe said not realizing a deadly aura growing behind him
"Well you see lady Angela is" onigiri said "oh so you don't care" a familiar voice said sending chills up Tomoe's spine "that's quite interesting" Angela said looking down at tomoe who was still laying on his side
He didn't turn around "look me in the eye and say that I dare you" Angela said with a dangerous smile on her face "mom please calm down" Quinn said
"So you would rather drink sake and laze around all day huh you certainly are enjoying yourself...aren't you" Angela said
"Mom please don't..." Quinn said "if you really didn't care you would not have waited 20 years just to see mikage again" Angela said
"You really can't lie to me" Angela said tomoe looked at her to see her with a calm expression on her face "if you really didn't care you would have left that shrine to collapse on it's own" Angela said
"Why did you come after me I thought you were quite capable of doing things on your own" tomoe said "I did and I can" Angela said
"Then why are you..." he was cut off by her "You seem to know something about my past so I want you to tell me bit by bit" Angela said
"You want me to indulge you with your past your a strange woman" tomoe said but then his eyes widened in shock as she kissed him

Quinn covered her eyes looking embarrassed to just witness her mom kissing a complete and total stranger like tomoe
Tomoe reluctantly got up and followed after Angela he covered his face with his folding fan not expecting her to kiss him full on the lips
At the shrine...
Tomoe's pov
'Well here I am back at this shrine as that woman's familiar' I thought to myself as I looked at her room and saw her sleeping soundly
'She certainly sleeps like a child' I thought to myself "so I finally know her name...Angela huh" I said and looked at the night sky seeing the clouds passing through the dark
'Angela means messenger of god...maybe it was God who brought her here to me' I thought to myself as I watched her sleep peacefully this will be difficult
'Damn it these feelings will be hard to keep in now old feelings are being brought back from her just being here how will I ever get by with her here' I thought to myself as I turned in for the night
