Quinn's pov
I got in my seat "hey Quinn" I heard and saw kurama "why is that fox here" he whispered in my ear "well you see my mom is sick with a fever so she couldn't be here" I said
"I see" kurama said "alright get in your seats" tomoe said as he started to teach us what we would be learning today
Angela's pov
"Why is he here" I asked annoyed as mizuki was here and about to cook a turtle "master mizuki came to take care of you" kotetsu said
"Well since Quinn said I could come over when ever I thought it would be the goodness in my heart to take care of her own mother" mizuki said
"In other words your acting like this to try and get on my good side so I wouldn't give you my blessing right" I said annoyed
"By the way you even think about putting that turtle in boiling water you will die" I said threatening him he dropped the turtle into a bucket of Normal water
"So I have a question" mizuki said "what is it snake" I said "I have a name you know I would be grateful if you could call me that" he said a bit hurt
"Just ask me the damn question" I said "do you and Tomoe somehow know each other you both seem oddly close" mizuki said

"Beats me, besides why would I ever tell you that's invasion of my privacy and I don't really appreciate it" I said sticking my tongue out
"Oh come on I'm just curious" mizuki said "it's really none of your business you dumb idiot" I said as I pulled the sheets over my head
I can't seem to fall asleep I'm unfocused right now "did you know Tomoe in your past" mizuki pressed on I got annoyed and used my crystal power to lock him in a cage that had a sign <time out corner>
"Time out I'm a familiar I can't be in time out" mizuki said "shut up your so loud and annoying" I said covering my ears and closed my eyes "So you do know Tomoe" I gave him a death glare
3rd person pov
Tomoe and Quinn were walking to the shrine and opened the sliding door only to deadpan at what was happening "um mizuki?" Quinn said
Mizuki was tied up while in a Crystal cage and gagged with a sign <time out corner> "God he's so annoying I couldn't get any sleep at all" Angela said with bags under her eyes
"Wow mom you look exhausted" quinn said "Gee I wonder why I look so exhausted in the first place" Angela said glaring at mizuki
Tomoe was quite amused by what was happening in front of him "It's time for bed try to get some rest" tomoe said heading over to Angela
"I would if I could but only if mizuki goes away" Angela said "Your wish is my command" tomoe said as he kicked the snake out
"That was a little mean mom" Quinn said "you'll get over it" Angela said as she layed down in her futon "so tired" she whispered
"Tomoe could you watch mom I'll make some dinner for us" Quinn said "you can cook" tomoe said "ouch that kinda stung me" Quinn said a bit hurt by Tomoe's comment
"Tomoe don't bully my daughter, Quinn go ahead and make some wonton soup with mushrooms" Angela said with her eyes still closed "yes ma'am" Quinn said
"You must have had lot's of practice in childcare to be able to deal with your daughters antics" tomoe said "well I have 3 kids" Angela said
"That doesn't explain why you're so motherly" Tomoe said as Angela bit her bottom lip contemplating whether she should tell him or not
"Of course you don't have to tell me if you don't want to" tomoe said but Angela spoke "I had an adopted sister she was younger than me her name was ava" angela said
"I took care of her daily she was practically like a daughter to me when she grew up right before my eyes it was astounding" Angela said
"But of course kids must sometime fly the coop and get on with their lives she got married and adopted some kids as well it seemed like a happy future for her" Angela said
"I'm guessing it was very lonely for you wasn't it" tomoe said Angela didn't answer he noticed she had fallen asleep peacefully he leaned over her body

"If only you knew what you do to me" tomoe said lowering his head on her chest feeling her heart beating in a regular way
Quinn saw this and smiled 'Ok plan get tomoe and mom together is in action' Quinn thought to herself with a small smile on her face
Tomoe didn't notice Quinn because he was too busy focusing on Angela tomoe touched her hair running his fingers through her hair
'This reminds me if when she got sick that other time as well' tomoe thought to himself as he layed down watching her sleep peacefully
"Tomoe" she mumbled he gently kissed her forehead and smiled he knew it wasn't supposed to be like this but he couldn't help falling in love with her
Quinn checked in on them again only to witness utter cuteness tomoe and Angela were fast asleep while cuddling each other Quinn pulled out her phone
Quinn started taking tons of pictures fangirling about it 'I ship Toma' Quinn thought to herself (tomoe x Angela = Toma) Quinn squeals silently to herself
Quinn smiled as she watched her mother and Tomoe cuddling together 'so cute I ship it so bad' Quinn thought to herself as she left them alone not wanting to disturb them both
