Dev just stared at her face for a good fraction of second and stood with a jerk. Let's go lending her his hand

So dev had this crush on teju since he first saw her. She was everything he has ever desired. Simple and elegant. A perfect Indian  kudi exudating positivity everywhere. With spending more time with her he came to know that she was still not over her ex , though she puts up a facade saying the other. But dev was a good man with pure heart. He never wished to invade her personal space or make her uncomfortable at any  given point of time. He was ready to wait, wait till eternity. Till the time she let go of all the residual feeling she have had. If not so he was ready to be her best friend till the end . He just wants her happy

Teju: kaha. Abhi toh aaye hai hum log

Dev: god teju you guys were sensation back then. So obviously I have come across some pictures of both of you. But I must say I didn't recognize him that day. He looks so different compared to wen you used to date him

Teju: hmmmm I was also thinking the same. Usey to khush hona tha but instead he looked so drained. She held her head down

Dev: maybe you guys should talk

Teju: pagal hogaya kya. Kuch bhi bolta hai tu. Its history between us. And i dont wanna get involved with him ever again. Not in this life, that's m sure about. Not again!

Dev: but he looks sad. I felt sorry for him. The mess he is creating with his life. I mean look at that girl he was dating, what was her name again ha anusha, she is also married to a big shot and a step mother to 2 of his daughter

Teju eyes shot open upon the new information and she yelled WHAT!

Dev: don't tell me you were not aware

Teju: no I m not. Aur tuje kaise pata yeh saab

Dev: oh come on teju! Me teri tarah inactive nahi hu social media pe. Everything is out there

Looking at his current situation he must have gone through a lot because of separation with AD. But after our break up I saw him happy with her at the cafe. There possibly was no obstacle for them to come together. In fact I too let him go for his own happiness. I wonder what might have  gone wrong!

Teju: ha

Dev: it's okayy if you don't wanna talk. I m sorry for initiating this conversation

Teju: no ya it's okay!

Karan: kaise ha yaar ye ladki. I have done her so bad phir bhi she is still taking my stand in front of everyone shamelessly. Mere se involve hoga toh she will be brutally trolled. I m happy that she is finally back to work (the thing she loves to do the most). And i m equally guilty for putting her through everything she has gone through all these years. But she is finally happy and look satisfied. He seems like a nice guy to me. Mere sath toh hamasha anxious rehte thi, with a sad smile. I could never give her that security in the relationship

Jess: I agree tere se galti hue ha but you have had enough of this punishment. Ja ke baat kar uss se, maafi mang and get back together you fools. No one, I say no one compliments you better than each other
