Early Life: the circumstances surrounding Paige's birth to this day are unknown, or that of her parentage having been left on the steps of a church in Gloucester along with a note in a strange alien language carved upon the item left with her that nobody could decipher. Paige was adopted by Brian and Sarah Williams from Leadworth when she was two years old due to their trying for years to have children. She had a relatively happy upbringing until many years later, at the age of five, Paige became a big sister to her baby brother Rory, whom she doted on and looked out for. It would be in her teens that things would begin to change, leading her down the path of her future career when having her first visual encounter with aliens on a college trip to London, witnessing a spaceship crashing into Big Ben. But there was much more she had to deal with, and the item left when she had been found as a baby gifted to her when she was thirteen. That was when the visions and unexplained nosebleeds began leaving her parents, along with doctors, baffled. From then on, she kept visual journals of sketches of things in the visions she had seen.

Work & Career: for some time Paige worked at Nature in Art a museum and art gallery in Tigworth, Gloucester helping out with assisting in workshops which helped with her art degree from college. But feeling things weren't going anywhere career wise she gave up on art altogether the only drawing she's done since was of her visions and began searching for work in London as a personal assistant it didn't pay much but it kept a roof over her head. That's where she got a part time job as a baristia in a coffee shop there she meets her future best friend Ianto Jones both going through many things together before they are hired by Torchwood.
