Dottore smiled, handing you the packet you tried to get
" yes...thank you" you replied, wanting to leave because of Childes previous words of caution
" can you show me around town? i want to get use to the area because I might come back here again" Dottore swayed as you smiled and shook your head
" I would love too! but I have to get home" you lied of course as Dottore smiled
" that wouldn't be a problem...perhaps next time?" Dottore offered as you nodded
" yeah I could do next time" another lie you told before facing your back to him and walking to the cashier

your eyes watched the kettle boil in your house
it was a day that your parents wouldn't be home til morning so you had the whole night to yourself, although you had some chores, it was the least of your worries as you cooked yourself dinner
