Pearl: what is this?
(Daniel turns around to see what she is asking about)
Daniel: I.....don't .....know... ( he stammers)
Pearl: Daniel! Answer the goddamn question!
Daniel: you know what it is.
Pearl: is this yours?
Daniel: what if it isn't
(pearl throws the used condom on his face)
Daniel: what is wrong with you, it's not mine.
Pearl: you are the only one living in this apartment, no roommates. You don't even have friends. ( she yells)
Daniel: I do talk to people you know, learn to use your head to think.
Pearl: oh... I ain't using my head. Do you know what it took me to do this with you? Do you know what it took me to be in a relationship with you and you stand here and lie to me blatantly like I am some child?
Daniel: hey! Hey! I didn't force you to be with me
Pearl: you seem to have forgotten the suicude note you left at my doorstep.
Daniel: that was a long time ago, I was young.
Pearl: are having an affair with another woman?
Daniel: No! Why don't you trust me?
Pearl: I trust you.
Daniel: then why don't you believe me?
Pearl: Because I found a used condom in your fucking pocket!!
Daniel: you don't love me
Pearl: what do you mean?
Daniel: yeah, 'cause if you love me, you would trust me, and if you trust me you would have believed when I said it wasn't mine.
Pearl: what the fuck are you saying?
Daniel: do you love me?
Pearl: Don't do that!
Daniel: pearl, answer me.
Pearl: Daniel, I'm gonna ask this question for the last time. No! Okay I know you are obviously cheating so the question you should answer is .......
Daniel: Do you love me?
Pearl: shut the fuck up!
Daniel: you don't love me!
Pearl: I do.
