Thaddeus' POV

Lhyra Gomez is a woman that I have just met. I did intend to flirt with her by the time I saw her, ang ganda niya kasi. Maliban doon, who wouldn't even want someone like her? She literally came from an influential family. She's rich like me.

Pero hanggang doon lang sana. I never would have thought that I'll be a captive by her existence alone. She's not perfect, minsan nga lang ay iiyak na siya habang nakatulala. Mabilis rin siyang matuwa sa simpleng bagay.

Just like now. She's sleeping in my shoulder, she's carelessly doing it to someone na naging kaibigan niya lang. Does that mean that she trusts me already?

I smiled. I carried her slowly. Pumunta na kami sa kotse.

After driving, mabilis rin kaming nakauwi sa bahay ko. Hanggang ngayon ay mahimbing parin siyang natutulog sa kotse ko. I do not want to wake her up, kaya maingat ako sa bawat galaw ko.

"Manang, can I ask for a towel?" Sambit ko sa katulong namin.

Her hair is still wet from the water. "Sige po sir." Ani nito.

I gently put her in my bed. Pinunasan ko naman ang basa niyang buhok. I was about to wipe her neck, when I realized that her clothes are not fully dried yet. Makikita mo talaga ang kay gandang hubog ng katawan niya.

I smiled. Of course, wala akong intensiyon na galawin siya no. No matter how perfect her body is, as long as I don't have a permission to do so, hindi talaga dapat. And I am not her husband after all.

"Manang, ikaw na po ang bahala sa kaniya. Please make her comfortable. Kung pwede rin, maging maingat po kayo sa pagbihis sa kaniya. She is really tired."

After staring at her for the last time, I went out from that room to go to my own office. Hindi ko rin naman kasi pwedeng baliwalain ang trabaho ko.

And besides that, something's still bothering me.

"Jaydan Borromeo..." How could you even do this to her?

Seeing the marriage certificate between the two of them. Knowing that this is nothing but a false paper makes my head boil because of anger.

Hindi talaga ako makapaniwala na kaya itong gawin ni Jaydan kay Lhyra. They were friends. Kahit hindi niya pa mahal, wala siyang karapatan para paglaruan si Lhyra dito.

"Lhy, I'm sorry. Wala naman talaga dapat itapos sa inyong dalawa." You two were never married in the first place. Pinaikot kalang niya.

I sighed and lit my tobacco. I really don't smoke not unless something like this case stresses me.

Paano ko sasabihin kay Lhyra ito?

I don't want to see her sad eyes again. I don't want her to break again since she's already special to me.

Maybe, I really did fell for her.

Lhyra's POV

Paunti unti ko namang binuksan ang mga mata ko. An unfamiliar white ceiling welcomed me. Kahit sa room, ibang iba.

Napatitig naman ako sa salamin nang malaman kong pati damit ko ay bagong bago narin.

"AHHHHHH" Through the flashbacks, naalala kong si Thaddeus ang kasama ko sa dagat. Wala ako sa huwisyo noon dahil iyak lang ako ng iyak. At ipinalabas ko rin syempre ang galit ko kay Jaydan.
