Mother: Chieftess Moana Waialiki

Maternal Grandfather: Tui
Maternal Grandmother: Sina
Paternal Grandparents: Unnamed man and woman
Baltic's personality is a combination of both of his parents, minus the bad parts of his dad's personality. He also has his mother's love of the sea, he was even named after the Baltic Sea. He has a love for mysteries that comes from desire to solve the mystery of the Baltic Sea Anomaly. He is a big fan of hip-hop music.
Baltic's Powers and Abilities
Super Strength: Like his dad, Baltic possesses superhuman strength. But he's not as strong as his dad and can't do everything his dad can do with his super strength.
Shape-shifting: Just like his dad, Baltic can shape-shift, but thanks to his mom's DNA Baltic can shape-shift without something like his dad's magical fish-hook.
Master Sailor: Like his parents, Baltic is a master seaman and navigator. They both worked together to teach him when Baltic was six years old.
Ocean Connection: As a toddler, Baltic has shown to have the same unique and exclusive connection to the Ocean as his mother. But thanks to his Demi-god blood, Baltic is able to control all kinds of bodies of water on his own.
Swimming: Baltic is an excellent swimmer.
Surfing: From growing up by the ocean, Baltic learned how to surf at an early age.
Hip-hop Dancing: Because of his love for the music, Baltic taught himself how to hip-hop dance.
DJ: Baltic is an amazing DJ.
