Yonas Beraki, 33, he killed his ex-girlfriend when he shoved her off a footbridge into a busy road, he was an illegal immigrant.
He pushed her off the 25 foot (7.6 metre) bridge, she was discovered lying in the road by her 22 year old daughter, she was pronounced dead on the scene.
Beraki was jailed for life after pleading guilty to murder, he was ordered to serve a minimum of 12 years in prison.
