Narrator pov
In the middle of a battle against many cake monsters the main team was fighting non stop
The team was starting to get tired and badly injuried while custard struggled to heal and protect them
"G-guys! I-i dont think i'll be able to heal a-any longer"-Custard said weakly trying to keep himself from fainting
Chilli pepper rushes over to the smallest kid and holds him as he passes out, she was hurt but still tried to protect the small healer she looks over to GingerBrave angrily
"GINGERBRAVE YOU DUMBASS WE NEED TO GO BACK!"-Chilli pepper yelled
"No! We cant leave now! What if those monsters get to the kingdom!?"-GingerBrave yelled back
Their attention gets caught by strawberry flying back but managing to fall onto her feet
"There where never that much monsters before! Where are they coming from?!"-Strawberry yelled while swinging her lollipop
"GINGERBRAVE CANT YOU SEE THAT WE ARE LOSING RIGHT NOW?! LETS GO BACK, NOW!"-Chilli pepper yelled fully angry while holding tight the small king
Gingerbrave stopped and sighed nodding
He let his guard down...
That was his first mistake
GingerBrave got startled as he heard strawberry and wizard screaming his name
When he looked back it was too late
He felt something sharp go through his left arm before he could react something cut his chest
He felt onto his knees, he didn't feel pain but he felt weaker and weaker he heard his friends calling his name and saw strawberry throwing her lollipop at the entity that attacked him
He could feel wizard shaking him, he looked at his left arm as his skin around his arm was turning pink he started coughing as his vision faded away
His body fell limp at the ground as he slowly closed his eyes with his friends kept screaming his name
Some hours later
They where at a room all of them where fully healed, while GingerBrave was layed at a bed unawake with cracks and scars all over his body
Herb cookie slowly walked into the room as he looked at his plant that was next to the bed GingerBrave was laid at healing him slowly
*this is… So odd, the healing process shouldn't take so long…*-Herb thought grasping onto his apron
Chilli pepper looked to the awkward healer and walked up to him startling him when she gets closer
"Hey! Is the kid ok? I've never seen a healing process take this long!"-chilli whisper yelled at the shy healer
"I…i dont know! Theres something not allowing me to fully heal him"-herb said looking away nervously
"What do you mean you dont know?!"-chilli raised her voice as she grasped onto herb's shirt collar angrily
"Chilli…"-wizard said annoyed by the actions of the spicy friend
