"The things I told you to retrieve did you get them all?"

"Yes, your excellency, I got them"

"I'll send Wen chao with you, he will take you to cloud Recesses, everything after that is up to you, remember, the shard of the Yin Iron looks exactly the same as the one in Defan Mountain, you should recognize it, find it and bring it here"

"Speak"

"A-Ning has been frail and feeble since childhood, may I take him with me?"

"You're worried that he would be treated unfairly un the Nightless City?"

Ever since Returning Wen Qing had been anxious to go to Cloud Recesses, yet she kept on the act instead of slicing their sect leader's neck and three days later here she was getting ready to pack, Wen Qing did not understand why they were sent first nor did she wanted to even question the Gods but Nie HuaiSang kept a close eye on their beloved Wei Ying and learning some horrible truths in the process in the three days but also that it was not theirs until last night when she received a butterfly saying that he finally returned Wen Qing wept in her brother's arms for the second time the first time being when she woke and had to calm their sect leader down as the Defan Wen's escaped his hand but this was different she and Wen Ning both needed to see Wei Ying to make sure that he was fine but more importantly to stand with him this time in his time of need.

"Jie?"

"A-Ning, pack your things we are to head to cloud Recesses with Wen Chao" said Wen Qing as was broken out of her thoughts.

"Jie, you are thinking about what Bao Zheng had showed you?" asked Wen Ning

"A-Ning, do as you are asked" said Wen Qing signaling to Wen Ning that it was not safe to ask.

He had caught her on more than one occasion with her mind drifting until she finally told him that as they left, she was left behind and shown some truths that BoaShan Sanren herself had shown her before she was let go, however she never elaborated in said truths as it was not the time. Then yesterday she was called to ask who was Bao Zheng and Wen Qing lied and said that he was a wondering Taoist that helped her on numerous occasions with remedies expanding her knowledge and it was he to help her with the remedy she had been using on Sect leader Wen, he was content with the answer and narrowly escaped ever since then when he was bought up by Wen Ning, Wen Qing would shut her brother down almost immediately.

The next morning, they waited patiently for Wen Chao before departing for cloud Recesses.

Back in Cloud Recesses, Wei Ying was laying under a mountain of papers contemplating his life as he once again had to write out the clan's principles all three thousand of them, three hundred times! but somehow it deemed it worth it the faraway bell chimed, and Wei Ying sat up right

"Oh No, the salute ceremony is starting" then quickly got up, Wei Ying made it to class just in time and took his place as the introduction speech began. Once they bowed three times before taking their place at their chosen workstations, Lan XiChen smiled as he kept an eye on Wei Ying.

as the disciple started reciting the principles of the Gusu Lan Wei Ying couldn't help the sigh as he looked around, after the fifith rule he got bored and started to yawn as he had not slept as he had begun writing out his punishment and finished four hours ago before falling asleep, Wei Ying started to stretch but stopped when he heard a familiar sound, Jin ZiXuan sighed as he looked at Nie HuaiSang who was avoiding his gaze but then saw Wei Ying with a big smile on his face and he too couldn't help up smile as he bought out the beautiful red canary with golden feathers.
