" When do you think the tulkun will come back?" Tsireya asked Tÿlana as they walked through the village.
Tÿlana shrugged but responded, " You would think it'd be soon. They have been gone for a while now. Right Ao?"
Both of his sisters looked towards the boy, who looked at them astonished. Tÿlana and Tsireya laughed at his facial expression.
" You think I know? I don't even know when mother is supposed to have the little spawn!" Ao'nung threw his hands up in a clueless manner. Rotxo had joined them now and was walking beside him.
" Five months, 16 days." The three of them responded in-sync. They all looked over at Rotxo with confused expressions.
" What? I listen when Tÿa goes on about it." The boy fought his defense, throwing his arms up in a surrender. Tsireya giggled at the thought of Rotxo looking very bored while Tÿlana goes on and on about her new sibling.
A very familiar horn went off, causing the four teenagers to stop in their spots. The two sisters looked at each other with wide smiles. Ao'nung and Rotxo cheered, jumping in the air and chest bumping. They all looked at one another and nodded before running off. It was practically a tradition for the four of them to hop on ilu's and go warn the clan about their returning spirit brothers and sisters.
" I dibs west!" Tÿlana yelled as she ran in the opposite direction of where they were just walking. She heard everyone yell where they were going to go and just like that the plan was set out.
The girl smiled, calling for an ilu. Tulo came up to her and chirped happily. The girl looked down at the ilu in shock before jumping into the water. She laid her head on Tulo's head with a laugh.
" Dude, I have not seen you in forever! Where you been?" Her good mood only escalated once she saw the ilu she had known since she was a little girl. She practically grew up riding Tulo, it was a giant shock to see the ilu after it had disappeared for so long. " Come on, Tulo! We gotta spread the good news!"
As one the Na'vi and ilu went into the water. Tÿlana was pulled under the water with a wide smile on her face. She could see the tulkun entering the reef, meeting with their spirit brother or sister who had already seen them. Tulo went above the water once they were in the west wing of the pods. She fixed it so she was on top of Tulo.
" Come on! Our brothers and sisters have returned! Let's go people! Let's go!" The girl yelled excitedly. She watched her people all cheer and jump into the water to go find their tulkun. She couldn't help but cheer along with her people.
Tÿlana neared the Sully pod and saw the family outside of it, looking very confused with the horn and the sudden commotion. Her laugh brought them out of their trance they seemed to be in. Lo'ak immediately smiled at the girl. She was truly happy in that moment and he'd never forget the glowing aura that practically surrounded her.
