On campus, all the students at Honnouji Academy gathered for an important speech from the Student Council President, Satsuki Kiryuin. She was standing before everyone on a stage with her Elite Five stationed behind her.
With a deep breath, the Kiryuin would soon speak with a loud voice that thousands of students could hear clearly.
Satsuki: Today, I am giving the Honnouji Academy Student Council system a fresh start! All students are hereby granted the right to attack all other students! Secret meetings, scheming, backstabbing--anything goes! Seven days from now, reach the schoolyard alive! And then, use your own strength to lay claim to your social standing once again! This shall be Honnouji Academy's first naturals election!

Satsuki: In this election, you will not be choosing some candidate! You will be choosing yourself! Your standing! Your strength! Your way of life! He said while casually delivering a backhanded strike that knocked away a One-Star.

He said as he also effortlessly knocked back a One-Star in his way.
Nonon: That's Satsuki in a nutshell. If something needs to be done, she doesn't hold back.
Jakuzure was located at the front and center of the group as she let the men knockback the students for her.
