the new girl

the party

we were sat in the kitchen getting some food and drinks sorted for the party. all the stuff was still in the bags from the shop. we had both gotten changed and we made up an ice bucket for the drinks and put the food on plates and in bowls.

then there was a knock at the door. i went to answer while ollie locked his bedroom doors. i opened the door and it was lewis. lewis was like a big brother to me. he was my best friend. i grew up with him in the paddock with my dad ever since he joined mercedes so i was about 6 or 7 when i met him.

i jumped into his arms and gave him a hug.

lena : "lewis you came"
lewis : "of course blondie"

lewis always called me blondie because ever since i was little my hair has been bright blonde. like brighter than bright.

lena : "okay come in then"

he came in he had 4 beers with him so we went and put them in the fridge since the ice bucket was full. we both took a drink and just as i was about to open it the door went again.

lena : "i wonder who's here now?"

i went to answer the door while lewis sat on the sofa. when i opened it i recognised the people, there were four of them, but couldn't think of their name. i thought i should just introduce myself.

lena : "hiii, i'm lena nice to meet you"
lando : "hey lena i'm lando, this is george, but i think you already know him? "

he point to george, me and george and like siblings when we're together it's so funny. he gives me a quick hug.

lando : "and this is alex"

he points to the boy with the red hair. he gives me a small wave.

lando : "and this is charles"

i knew charles. from instagram when he followed me. he was so much more beautiful in person. he smiles and winks.

lena : "oh it's so nice to meet you guys come in"

the all come in and i take them to the kitchen to get drinks. i see ollie sat on the sofa with lewis.

ollie : "hey guys"

the all day hi back before going and joining them on the sofa.

a few more people start showing up, mick, arthur, max, pierre, yuki, valteri, daniel, kevin.

it was so nice to finally meet everyone i would be racing with.

they all sat together on the sofas so i decided to put some music on. i put on my playlist and everyone seemed to enjoy it. i noticed there was no where for me to sit. i was going to just sit in the floor between two sofas when ollie said i could have his seat.

lena : "it's fine olls"
ollie : "at least come sit here then he point to the floor infront of him"
lena : "gut was auch immer"

much chucked as i went to sit infront of ollie

ollie : "what was that?"

he looked so confused me and mick just started laughing.

i was multi-lingual, i speak 6 languages fluently and im currently learning two more. i speak english, spanish, german, french, chinese and italian. i'm learning arabic and russian currently. ollie however only speaks english, and the tiny bit of spanish he done in secondary school. i love teasing him by speaking in a language he dosent understand.

lando : " anyways lena, we need to get to know you better"
lena : "definetly"
lando : "how about a game of truth or dare?"
max : "you really are a child lando"
george : "no i think we should do it"

so that's what we decided to do. firstly lando got dared to do a magic mike performance by george.

lando : "mick truth or dare"
mick : "truth"
lando : "who was your first love, and your first kiss?"
mick : "first love would have to be lena and same for first kiss"

i started laughing i never knew much loved me. we had always just been best friends. we kissed once in a game of spin the bottle.

pierre : "wait did you two date?"
lena : "no but we have kissed in spin the bottle"
pierre : "ahh i get you know"

mick then dared ollie to do a full face of my makeup. it was hilarious.

ollie : "lena, truth or dare?"
lena : "what do you take me for olls, dare obviously"
ollie : "i dare you to kiss the best looking guy here"

well i was not expecting that from ollie.

lewis : "lena you don't have to if you don't want to"
lena : "it's fine lewis"

i give him a reassuring smile. i look around all the drivers and decide who i'm going to pick.

i start walking over to charles who smirks at me. wow he really is stunning.

i give him a little peck on the lips but before i can pull away he has his hand on the small of my back and pushes me back to have a proper kiss. i felt the fireworks. if you couldn't feel them there was something wrong.

i got up and went to sit back with ollie. all the drivers were just looking shocked.

lena : "okay, arthur truth or dare"
arthur : "truth"

ollie leans down and whispers in my ear something to ask arthur.

lena : "what's going on with you and leah?"
arthur : "well we're dating"

lando patted him on the back

lando : "well in mate"

i quickly whispered up to ollie.

lena : "hey i'm gonna go and get another drink"

he nodded and i got up and walked to the kitchen. you could see the living room from the kitchen. i was just making myself a vodka and lemonade. while i was doing it i had a quick shot of vodka before i actually made my drink.

i had my back turned to the living room so could see what was happening and all of a sudden i hear someone say hi behind me while placing their hands on my hips.

??? : "hiya love"
