"Whats wrong Jughead" Toni asked I rub my eyes and walk out onto the porch and slam the door
"YOU TELLING ME THAT BITCH LIED AND TOOK SIX HUNDRED FUCKING DOLLARS FROM ME" I yelled "Yeah" I hear Faith mumble
"DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW BEHIND RENT I AM TWO FUCKING MONTHS BECAUSE I SEND MONEY SO MY SISTERS CAN EAT" I scream "I know Jughead" Faith said "WHERE IS GLADYS" I asked
"She left saying she would be back" Jellybean said "SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS I COULD HAVE PAID MY FUCKING RENT WITH THAT MONEY" I yell I felt tears go down my face I quickly wiped them and balled up my fist "Juggie I know you're upset-"Faith started
"UPSET I'M NOT FUCKING UPSET I'M FUCKING PISSED FAITH I COULD HAVE USED THAT MONEY BUT I FELL FOR GLADYS JONES TRICKS ONCE AGAIN" I screamed "I'm so sorry Juggie I wish I could do something but Pop barely gives me anything because he doesn't have enough money for me" Faith said
"I know and believe me I don't mean to yell Faith but I needed that money" I sighed "I'll call you later I need to call Gladys" I said "Okay I love you"Faith said I hung up after saying I love you too of course
And started calling Gladys she didn't answer not once while I was calling I looked at everyone to see Emma had just left and everyone was saying their goodnight's
What was I gonna do I don't have enough for rent and I know Toni wont give me anymore money I walked inside and sat for a second
I knocked on everyone's doors asking for a family meeting they were upset but oh well we all sat down
"There better be a good reason why you called us here Jughead" Toni said I looked at all my friends and looked down
"I can't pay for rent this month" I said I look up and everyone look disappointed everyone but Betty "Why the hell not" Toni asked she seemed really upset with me
"Some shit is going on at home but I promise I'll fix it and get the money I'll pay double I promise" I said "YOU SAID THAT LAST MONTH JUGHEAD" Toni yelled
"Calm down TT" Cheryl said "NO I PAID TWICE THE MONEY I NEEDED TO FOR THIS ASS HAT AND HE SAYS HES GONNA PAY UP BUT HE NEVER DOES AND I'M FUCKING DONE" Toni yelled
"Toni you don't understand" I said "HELP ME UNDERSTAND" Toni yelled "I CAN'T" I screamed "That's not my problem if you don't have rent by Monday you better look for another place to stay Jughead I'm serious I love you but we can't make this a habit" Toni argued
"JUST ONE MORE MONTH TONI" I yelled "NO I ALREADY GOT SHIT JUGHEAD" Toni yelled before walking off and slamming her room door "I'm sorry Jug" Cher said before walking off
"Jughead believe me I would help but my pops in jail I'm paying for his lawyer" Sweetpea said before patting my back and walking off "I would Jughead believe me man but I can't" Reggie said before walking off
"I can't" Archie said before walking "I'm so sorry Jughead I would one hundred percent pay your half but I just cant right now I don't have the money due to the fact I got shit I'm working on and I'm not a spoiled rich girl who asks for her dad money" Veronica said before walking off
"I'm barely paying for my rent Jones" Fangs said before walking out "I'm in college the money I make goes to my books and rent" Kevin said before walking out "FUCK" I groan before sitting on the floor I see Betty was still there
"I'll pay for it" Betty said making me look at her "I could't" I said "Let me Jughead I know you probably have your reasons" Betty said "You're in college you need your money" I said "My parents pay my rent right now until I'm settled" Betty said
"Its fine"I said and she got up "Why won't you just talk to us" Betty asked "Because if I do you'll all see me differently" I said "I wouldn't even if its terrible" Betty said before walking off I sat for a second thinking
I wasn't gonna let Gladys win I got up and grabbed my jacket and keys and phone and walked out I needed to do the thing us Jones people like to do
In The Morning
♡Betty's POV♡
I wake up to sunlight hitting my face I groan "Morning sunshine!" V yelled I look she was sewing "Why are you up so early" I ask "I have a job baby B" V said and I nod "You got work today" she asked "No I have it on Monday though and Jessica is a bitch" I said
"Glad you know that" V said and I laugh and get dressed me and V went into the kitchen to see Kevin cooking everyone was there well everyone but Jughead "Morning" I said and everyone mumbled it back making me laugh
"I do not want to work today" Toni groaned "Same" Sweets said "Back at you" Arch said and Reggie nodded than the doorbell rang
"If that's your boyfriend I'm gonna barf at how cute he is" Kevin said "Its not he's out of town for the weekend" I said we all got up and walked to the door Toni opened to see a man holding a clearly drunk Jughead up
"Ethan" Toni asked "I think he belongs to you" Ethan said Toni moved out the way and Ethan put Jughead down "You know Ethan you're a good man" Jughead slurred and started laughing "Thanks Ethan" Toni said he nodded before giving Sweetpea Jugheads phone and keys
He walked out and Toni sighed "What the hell Jughead" she yelled "ETHAN YOU HAVE A GREAT TONI IMPRESSION" Jughead slurred "He's gonna have a bad hangover" Kevin sighed and Toni nodded
Kevin grabbed a blanket and put it over Jughead everyone set their time back for their jobs and we all just sat in silent staring at our drunk friend when his phone went off he groaned and hit it but it didn't stop
He sat up groaning while holding his head "Morning sunshine" Toni said making Jughead look at her "Fuck off" he mumbled "Drinking Jughead seriously" Toni asked "It was one mistake" Jughead said
"One mistake turns into two two many" Toni said "I'm sorry" Jughead said "You told us you couldn't pay for rent but you sure as hell can pay for alcohol" Toni said
Everyone got up and went back to their day I just sat there before I stood up and sat beside him "I don't wanna talk about it" Jughead said I nodded "We don't have to" I said before turning the TV on me and Jughead decided to watch a movie
After the first movie Jughead turned the TV off making me look at him "I fucked up" he said "How so" I asked "Just know I really fucked up" Jughead said "I am the fuck up child so I'm not gonna judge you" I say
"Everyone says that but when I tell you guys you'll all look at me different" Jughead said I sighed "What are you going to do" I asked "I have no clue" Jughead said leaning back we sat there in silence a comfortable one
"Whats your favorite color" I asked making him look at me "What" he asked "Mine is pink which probably isn't a shocker but whats yours" I responded "Green" Jug replied "You give off green" I said "Oh really" he asked and I nodded making him laugh
Me and Jughead talked for hours while talking my phone started to ring making me look to see so ♡Glen♡ contact pop up I hesitate for a second "Go, I'll be fine I gotta go handle something anyway" Jughead said "You sure" I asked and he nodded and I grab my phone and answer it
Jughead got up and walked to his room me and Glen talked on the phone for a while
A Few Hours Later Everyone Was Home And In The Living Room
"I'm hungry" Kevin groaned "Same" V said "Wanna cook something" I ask "NO" everyone yelled making me laugh
"That took HOURS" Kevin said "Uber eats" Cher asked and we all agreed "What though" I asked "Pizza" I hear Jughead say making us all look at him "I could go for a pizza" Toni said and Cheryl ordered it
Everyone forgave Jughead because I mean they didn't know what he was going through and Jughead has never disappointed them before
A few minutes went by the food came and we ate than fell asleep on the couch
