mordecai n rigby are seen in the coffee shop talking about the recent break up n noticing that mordecai is getting a lot better ever since he came back from dumptown, since that week, he hasn't thought about cj or margaret n how he had problems with figuring out what he wanted, he just wanted to be single.
"yea i think i better just stand off alone for a bit, clear my head, things r slowly getting better n i want to keep it tht way" mordecai took a sip of his coffee
"i think so too, ik it hasn't been ur best year but i honestly think ur going on a clean slate, plus i can FINALLY get u to play video games again man, i've been alone" rigby proceeding to lighten up the mood
"haha yea dude, n ur not alone, u got eileen" said mordecai in a cheerful tone
"wht abt me ?" eileen walking towards them
"oh we were just talking abt how rigby is such a loner without u" pointed mordecai to rigby
"STOP TALKING" screamed rigby
"hehe, u guys r weird, oh i wanted to see if u guys saw the trailer for-"
"EILEEN, i really really need ur help w/ this table" said someone

mordecai looked in utter awe at this girl he's never seen before, he was gazing for a sec up until he was snapped back into reality
"mordecai, mordecai, MORDECAI!!!" yelled rigby
"wait what" said mordecai
"(y/n) here asked wht u wanted to order" said rigby
"oh right...uhhh... *looks at menu m has no clue what to order* umm what do u recommend?" asked mordecai
"oh well um i always get a cesar salad w/ chicken on it, thts always good" said (y/n)
"cool, n i'll take tht" said mordecai
"n i'll take my usual (y/n)*
"copy on tht n rigby ur friend here from wht i've heard has been getting into changes i see, good choice, ur gonna love the salad" said (y/n)
"wait u know who i am?" questioned mordecai
"i've heard of u, rigby n eileen always bring u up when it comes to their stories" (y/n) said casually w/ a smile
"oh well hehe yea thts me" blushed mordecai"
"anyways i'll be back w/ ur guys food, should be quick" said (y/n)
"wait..what was ur name again?" asked mordecai
"oh sorry, probably should've introduced myself instead of rigby just blurting it out my name, i'm (y/n)" said (y/n)
"cool, i've never heard of tht name, sounds nice" said mordecai
"oh... well, thank u" blushed (y/n)
"um anyways I'll be right back w/ ur guys food" (y/n) walks away
*mini punch* "dude, we're u hitting on (y/n)???" questioned rigby
"i wasn't, i was just being nice, plus i never heard tht name before, i can't say it's nice?" mordecai explained
"ig u can, but it's very suspicious tht u made her blush, i definitely think u we're hitting on her" rigby pointed n squinted at mordecai
"dude i swear i was just being nice" said mordecai
"here's ur guys' food" (y/n) dropped the plates off
"thanks" said both mordecai n rigby
"oh god, i'm glad thts over, they got upset over the dumbest things i swear" eileen expressed frustration
"i'm sorry eileen, thts y i called u cuz if it was me i would've been fired n i just got this job" said (y/n)
"it's ok, they're fine now, we can switch back, thanks for watching the guys for me" thanked eileen
"np!, i'll head over there, later rigby, it was nice meeting u mordecai" grinned (y/n)
"bye" blushed mordecai
"dude u we're totally hitting on her" said rigby
"UGH i wasn't" yelled mordecai
they proceeded to eat their meal n as they were doing, so, mordecai was thinking abt whether or not he was flirting w/ (y/n) , was it too soon to be doing this or was she simply just tht cool?
"hmm, she wasn't lying abt this cesar salad tho, it's really good" said mordecai
"i'm sure it is" said rigby
as they eat they leave the coffee shop n mordecai glances back to see if (y/n) was around n saw she was attending ppl, he smiled n walked out
"well time to get Benson's lunch now since we just had ours" said mordecai
"nah he can wait, let's go check out tht new comic book they decided to recreate" rigby said w/ excitement
"yea ur right, but how r we gonna get the money, we just spent it on lunch" said mordecai
"ik how u can get tht new comic for free" said a guy in a trench coat"
this leads to one of their crazy events tht normally seems innocent but is very far from tht
