ur in the middle of ur shift n after serving a group of friends u started pondering in ur thoughts abt how u don't really hang out w/ ppl outside of work other than eileen, not tht it's a problem cuz she's practically ur best friend but u can't help of wishing to know more ppl. mordecai n rigby r close friends but it's just a little phase of wanting to be in a group, eileen noticed ur face n how out of it u looked n taped.
"(y/n)? r u ok?" eileen sounded concerned
"eileen, i've been feeling so lonely lately, like i don't normally go out n i sit alone in my apartment all the time when i should really be making friends, it's been hard to talk to ppl. stuff like this doesn't really get to me but the more friend groups i see come in the more i feel lonely" (y/n) vented
"well what abt mordecai n rigby, what abt me? not tht i'm complaining" eileen tried to lighten the mood
"don't get me wrong u guys r amazing, idk i feel like i just don't make enough friends like most ppl do" (y/n) expressed her frustration
u continued to ponder up until eileen got an idea, a really good idea
"wait, y don't u throw a party ?, omg like a themed party!" said eileen
"omg ur right!, but what kind of party?" thought (y/n)
both you n eileen were trying to think of any possible idea till u saw a commercial for glow sticks
"U THERE!, DO U WANT TO BE THE IT FACTOR AT UR PARTY??? THEN COME ON N BUY THE ULTIMATE GLOW STICK WHICH TURNS UR PLACE INTO THE LIFE OF THE PARTY IN NEON LIGHT, BUY NOW OR BE A LOSER" said the tv announcer
"THTS IT, GLOW STICK PARTY!!!" both u n eileen said
"did i hear the word party?" said rigby
"oh hey rigby! hey mordecai!" said (y/n)
"whose having a party?" asked mordecai
"i am!" said (y/n)
"sweeet partyyyy timeee, WOAHHHHHH" screamed both mordacai n rigby
"what's tht theme?" asked mordecai
"glow stick party, i am gonna need a little help tho if u guys r ok w/ helping me" asked (y/n)
"ofc we can help!" said eileen
"yea plus we get to see all the cool shit ur gonna get" said rigby
"plus ur gonna need some muscle to help u out" mordecai was joking, or was he?
"ur such a tease, i mean funny haha" (y/n) blushed "great so definitely meet me at the party shack after eileen n i finish our shifts so we can pick up everything i need" said (y/n)
"sounds good" said everyone
"so whose coming?" asked mordacai
"thts the thing, idk anyone..." u didn't fully think it through
"we'll if u want we can call a couple of ppl we know to come! if thts cool" said mordecai
"yea same here, it's not a lot but it's something" said eileen
"aw thanks guys, it means a lot!" thanked (y/n)
as u n eileen finish ur shifts u both change into outwear in the bathroom n close up the coffee shop to head to the party shack, u look at the list u wrote during ur break n made sure to add the ultimate glow stick to make ur party out of this world. once u get to the party shack u see both mordecai n rigby waiting in the golf cart.
