u got off of work n went straight to ur apartment, after u took a shower u went to the kitchen n looked for ur cookbook n tried to find a good snack to make, after all u did want to be a bit of a show off to show u were a good cook but obviously in a more organic way to show

"hmmm not this *flip pages not tht *flip pages* perfect, he'll like this" u smiled n got to making (dish u like making) n made it to perfection

by the time 6 rolled around u got ready to go to ur car but mordecai stopped u

"hey, what's up" mordecai was waiting in the golf cart

"hey, i was getting ready to head to the park" u said

"did u think i was gonna make u come on the first date? i thought u got my text, i was gonna pick u up" said mordecai

"oh, i guess i missed it, i was making my famous (dish u made) n probably got busy" u said

"it's cool, but yea just hop on" mordecai helped u in n started driving

"so mordo, how come u chose the park where u work as our first date" u said sarcastically

"oh well um...i mean we can go somewhere else" mordecai said embarrassed

"oh no, i'm sorry, i was just messing w/ u, sorry i tend to be overly sarcastic at times" u said

"oh hehe my bad, n i get tht, i'm like tht too, don't worry, but to answer ur question it's the only place i can honestly think of tht would really let me use it for a while" said mordecai

"oh thts nice,must be pretty cool to have a park open to u like tht" u said

"it is but my boss gets annoyed sometimes but eventually gets over it" said mordecai

as u guys drive into the park he parked by the gazebo n u see a nice blanket and lights with snacks ready to be eaten along with a boombox with mixtapes

"oh wow, u did all this ?, u didn't have to go all out" u said

"nah it's ok, plus it's a first date" mordacai smiled

"ur right, get what tapes u got there?" u walked into the gazebo

"oh yea, i have a couple tht i made, it's mainly when i feel some type of way, let me put one on" said mordecai

as he was setting up the music u we're setting out the food u made n sat down n got comfortable u looked around n admired what he did

*gasp* "is this james n marie???, i love their music" u said

"haha yea, how did u know? asked mordecai

"i go to cassette n cd stores on my free time cuz i just love music" u said

"me too!" said mordecai

a montage shows u guys eating n talking a lot n pretty much relating to a lot of things like work, ur hobbies, friends, etc. both of u equally enjoyed the company n almost ate all the snacks. a couple jokes were cracked n then a conversation led to wrestling to which mordecai didn't expect u would like wrestling

"no no tht one fight between worrier ultimate n ventura jess was definitely fake" u said

"ah wht no way, it definitely looked real" mordecai said

"not a chance" u said

mordecai saved the best for last of food n tried ur (dish u like making) but u grew nervous cuz u weren't sure he would like it
