A/N: I won't be able to update for some time. At least a week. I have my butler duties to attend to. I shall try to make this update good and I will make the next update even better. I'm also planning to wrap this up pretty soon. Thank you for reading.

Third Person POV

-----

Sebastian had just entered Hell. It was like the human world. It had its own soul grocery stores, apartments, hotels, and most importantly, hospitals. He eyed all of the other demons that were walking past him. With Ciel's human scent on him, he was becoming a target. He glared at all of the demons that were ogling at him with a hungry stare. He quickened his pace and he finally made it to the hospital in one piece. He approached the demon at the front desk. She was disguised as a human woman, but she had ram horns and snake eyes.

"Excuse me, do you have any antidotes for poison?"

"We do, but you will have to be more specific. There are many kinds of poison."

"I've brought a sample." Sebastian handed her a small vile of Victoria's blood.

"I'll analyze this immediately." She took the vile an walked into the back room, but not before winking at Sebastian. He grimaced, but held his place and waited patiently. She returned shortly.

"Sir, we have a problem."

"Is the antidote not avalible?"

"No, it is," she set a small bag down on the table, "but the problem is where the poison comes from. I'm guessing that you need this antidote to save a victim?"

"You guess correctly."

"Well then, your friend is in deep trouble. This type of poison comes from only one demon that I can think of. His name is Drake. If he has poisoned your friend and she some how lives, then he will stop at nothing to finish what he started. I doubt that she will even survive in the first place."

"I thank you for that useful information, but you don't need to worry about her. If I wasn't able to save a fellow friend, what kind of butler would I be?" Sebastian smirked as he turned to leave the store. He was stopped as she grabbed his tailcoat.

"Wha-"

"Sh! How can you be so stupid? You let him follow you here!" She pointed behind him and he looked to where she was direction him. A man cloaked in black had just entered the hospital.

"So that is Drake, I presume?"

"Of course. He's well recognized in Hell. Apparently, he's Lord Lucifer's right hand demon. I wouldn't mess with him-" Sebastian ignored her and confronted the demon.

"Excuse me, Drake?"

"Did you not hear what I just said?!" She yelled, but was brushed aside.

"What do you want?" Drake asked coldly.

"Well I wanted to ask why you attacked the Phantomhive manor, more specifically Victoria."

"The answer is simple. I did it because I wanted to kill any competition."

"How is she competition?"

"Isn't is obvious?" Drake pulled back his hood to reveal his face. Sebastian nearly gasped in surprise. His eyes were a deep navy blue, just like Victoria's.

"I'm Victoria's older brother."

-----

Elizabeth was siting by Victoria's side, using a wet cloth to wipe away sweat that was collecting on her brow. Victoria had not woken up since Sebastian left. She was very pale and he was constantly shaking. She looked up when Ciel entered the room.

"Lizzie, you should be asleep."

"Oh, Ciel. I know, but I just can't stand to see her like this," Elizabeth said as she tried not to burst into tears. Ciel sighed and walked over and joined her on the bed. He put his arm around her shoulder and pulled her body to his in a comforting manner.

"She will be alright, you shouldn't doubt her like that. She's a Phantonhive butler after all," Ciel smirked as he looked upon her lifeless form. He had to be strong, for Elizabeth.

"I know, but all my life, she's always been the strong one. She has always protected me. She risked her life for me and she paid the price. If only I hadn't called out to her and distracted them, she would still be here!" Elizabeth cried into Ciel's shoulder. He kissed the top of her head and let her cry. He had to retrain himself from crying as well after all, he had also grown quite attached to her as well. If she had never saved Elizabeth, then he would have never reunited with his true love. He owed her a lot. He looked down to see that Lizzie had fallen asleep on his shoulder. He quietly chuckled and lifted her bridle style to their room.

"Please Sebastian, hurry back," were Ciel's last words before he fell asleep, his arms wrapped around his mate.
