(CHAPTER 5 - QUITE A COMMON FAIRY)

🦢🗡

The group ranged the woods in search of Pan's lair as David began to breath heavily and looked at his wife, "Hey, need a break?" He asked her.

"No, I'm good," Mary Margaret said.

"In this heat, you shouldn't overtax yourself," David said.

Mary Margaret looked at him, "Oh, so you need a break," She said.

"No, I'm good," David said.

"Don't be afraid to admit it, Dave," Athena joked.

"I sure didn't miss that," David said.

"Oh, come on," Athena smiled, "You missed my remarks," She said.

"He did, don't let him fool you," Nadia said.

"David Nolan let himself go," Mary Margaret said.

"Does he look like he'd let himself go?" David questioned.

"How much further?" Regina asked, looking around.

Elias took a look at the map, "We should be getting close to Pan's lair," they all caught up to Mary Margaret and David, "Going in a straight line course..." a frown formed as he looked at the map, "Son of a bitch! How is it now behind us?" Elias said.

"How can that be?" Emma asked.

Regina hit the back of Elias' head, "You got us lost," She said.

"Hey," he rubbed his head, "What the hell was that for?" Elias asked her and she shrugged.

Captain Hook looked at the map, "No, he didn't. It's the camp, Pan's moving it," He said.

"He's playing tricks with us," David said.

"If Pan's camp keeps moving, how are we ever gonna find Henry?" Elias asked.

Elsewhere, Henry was asleep under a tree, when someone cuckooed from behind, waking him up, "Wake up," he looked to see Pan, "Catch," Pan said, throwing an apple towards him.

Henry sat up, "I don't like apples," He said.

"Who doesn't like apples?" Pan asked.

"It's a family thing," Henry said.

"Speaking of family, there's someone you should meet," Pan said.

"Who?" Henry asked.

"Me," Maverick walked towards him, sitting on the ground beside him, "Name's Maverick. I'm your cousin," He said.

Henry looked at him, "My cousin?" He questioned.

"My mom's Athena, your dad's aunt," Maverick said.

Pan smiled, "Well, would you look at that and don't worry about the apples," he crouched down to the same eye level as the boys, looking at Henry, "They're not for eating. It's for a kind of game. A really fun game," he looked at Lost Boy, who had a crossbow in his hand, "I call it target practice," Pan said.

Enchanted Forest...

In the Dark Castle, Alana continued to search through the cupboard as Robin and Mulan watched her, "You found the crystal ball. What else are you looking for?" Mulan asked.

"It showed me where Elias is, not how to get to him," Alana said.

"I'm not sure you can find a horse in there, lass," Robin said.
