CHAPTER 27

Days passed by with Ashok not talking to Shyla much but only when it's anything important he wants to tell or ask he speaks.Akshit was noticing everything about them but didn't want to intervene in their personal as it's not a good thing to do.

One day Aaryana wanted to go to the mall and she was very adamant about it.Ashok finally agreed and they went to a mall and purchased whatever she wanted.Then she wanted to go to the park and they went there and Ashok got an important call so he left to a side to attend the call while Shyla was sitting on a bench and watching Aaryana play in the slide with the other kids.Just in time Shyla's school friend came there and she started talking to her but failed to notice where Aaryana was.When Shyla's friend left Ashok came there and looked at the direction of the slide and found out Aaryana to be missing.

Ashok:Paapa enga?

Shyla:Dho anga dhaan she pointed towards the slide and turned to see Aaryana missing there

Ashok:Enga paapa?

Shyla:Anga dhaan veladitu irundha

Ashok:Unna nambi dhaane vittutu ponen ivlo careless aah iruppiya

Shyla:Illa naa..

Ashok slapped her without thinking what he was doing as he was tensed as his daughter his lifeline is missing while her eyes shed tears while her cheek turned red as it was hard

He started shouting Aaryana's name and searching for her everywhere while his eyes shed tears and Shyla too was searching and finally he found Aaryana in a woman's arms crying and that's when he got his life back.He ran towards her

Aaryana:Dada she lifted her arms while he carried her and hugged her towards him

Ashok:Onnum illa da adhaan Dada vanten la onnum illa thangam he kissed her head holding her tightly and Shyla also came there

Woman:Sir unga ponna

Ashok:Aama nga

Woman:Vali theriyama azhundhutu irundha adhaan naa thooki eduthen ungala thedi kudukathu kaagha

Ashok:Romba thanks nga neenga pannirkradhu romba periya udhavi naa ennaikkume marakka maaten neenga yen uyira thirumba kuduthirkinga

Woman:Ayyo yen sir periya periya varthai lam pesringa inimel paapava badhrama paathukonga she said caressing Aaryana's hair

Ashok:Hmm

That's when Aaryana noticed Shyla

Aaryana:Mama she asked Shyla to carry her while Shyla took her while Aaryana was yet scared and crying

Shyla:Onnum illa ma adhaan vantom la unakku onnum illa she was hugging her tightly and Aaryana calmed down a bit

Ashok:Nee yen da thaniya pona?

Aaryana:Ungala maari yaaro irundhaanga naa neenga nu nenachi ponen aana adhu neenga illa vera yaaro aproma vara vali theriyala adhaan kaanama poiten

Now Ashok felt bad for going to attend the call as now he's the reason for Aaryana to get lost as she saw someone like him.That's when he noticed Shyla's cheek in pink and realized he slapped her and felt guilty of it.It's not only her responsibility to take care of Aaryana but his too.

Ashok:Seri veetukku polam

Shyla walked behind him with Aaryana but yet she was very hurt by his words  "modhala naa unna nambi paapava vittutu poirkave koodadhu" more than his slap.So that means does he not trust her yet.She felt very weak as she is going through a lot of pain now.

The drive was silent and Aaryana slept.They reached home and Shyla carried Aaryana to the room and made her sleep on the bed while Ashok entered.Shyla was about to leave the room

Ashok:I'm sorry naa unna adichirka koodadhu aana andha heat of the momentla enna panrennu kooda theriyama apdi panniten I'm extremely sorry

Shyla chuckled sadly:Andha adi kooda neenga pesina words vida valikala..she said and left the room

He was very gulity now and sat on the bed holding his face in his palms.

Shyla went to the washroom and opened the shower and cried hard spilling out all her pain and worries.

Shyla:Yen kadavule enakku mattum ipdi nadakkudhu..apdi enna paavam pannen na yen enakku mattum ivlo vali she cried for hours and then washed her face and came back after changing her clothes.

Her eyes were swollen her cheek was red with his fingerprint.She arranged the dining table with the dinner while Akshit and Ashok took their seats.Ashok was not able to look at her for what he has done.Akshit noticed her face and panicked

Akshit:Hey ennachi unakku udambu edhachi seri illaya..mugam oru maari irukku

That's when Ashok lifted his gaze and saw her and he was very guilty for his act.

Shyla:Onnum illa konjam tired aah irukken thoongina seriya poirum

Akshit:Unakku edhachi problem aah..edhuva irundhalum sollu Shyla

Shyla looked at Ashok:Onnum illa Akshit vidunga sapdunga

Akshit noticed her gaze on Ashok and understood that his brother has done something stupid and that's the reason for this and decided to talk to him later and had his dinner silently.

After Shyla slept he called his brother to the balcony

Ashok:Enna da edho pesanumnu sonna he asked Akshit who was holding the rail and gazing the road

Akshit turned and deathly glared him

Ashok:Enna da moraikira

Akshit:Enna loosu thanam panna innaikku

Ashok:Naa onnum pannlaye

Akshit:Poi solladha nee dhaan edho pannirka..seri yen Shyla mugam vaadi irukku

Ashok:Enakku theriyadhu he said not looking at Akshit's eyes

Akshit:Sollu Ashok he said sternly while Ashok looked down

Akshit:Sollu nu sonnen

Ashok:Naa avla adichiten da he said whatever happened today making Akshit angry

Akshit:Chi enna vela pannirka da

Ashok:Naa yosikama panten da

Akshit:Adhu kaagha ipdiya pannuva adhum oru ponna kai neeti adichirka naa nenaikave illa da nee ipdi pannuvanu

Ashok was silent and hanging his head down.

Akshit:Naa unakku warn panren Shyla va mattum innum hurt panna naa unna anna nu kooda paaka maaten enna pannuvennu enakku theriyadhu he said in a warning tone and left

There Shyla was crying silently while here Ashok was gulity of his act.
