THE TRIPLETS | WMMAP FANFIC [ HIATUS ]

Chapter 2

After their class , Althea didn't forget that she had to see her father

She gulped , she knew that she was going to be scold because she had again tried to skip class

The blonde girl knocked first and waited to hear the voice of her father

" Come in "

The little girl suddenly heard his cold voice as she slowly opened the door

Claude was sitting in front of his desk , like always , as Felix was by his side

" Come here "

The emperor ordered her as she approached at a low pace

Claude then made a hand gesture towards the knight , to showed him that he had to leave

At what Felix did with no hesitation,  but before , he bowed to Claude qnd Althea

" You asked for me , Dadd-"

Her father suddenly stood up and looked at her in the eyes , the same color as his

" Father ! Call me Father ! I don't like your idiot way of calling me "

Althea slowly nodded as Claude sat back on his chair

" I heard that you skipped class today , again ? "

The adult asked , but at the way he did , you could tell that he already knew the answer

The child looked down without saying anything

" I asked you a question  "

The emperor insisted as Althea quickly lifted her head

" Yes , Dad- Father "

She had a hard time to call him that way

" And , why is that ? "

" Because I do not like-"

Claude interrupted her again , as he glared at her

" We didn't ask you to like it , we asked you to learn . Why don't you look up to Nevaeh or Adonis ? They never skipped class . How can you even call yourself a princess without having certain knowledge  ? "

Althea knew that she had to stay silent and say nothing to not make the adult more angry than he already was

So , the little one was just looking at him without saying nothing

The man glanced at her , and at seeing her face features , he couldn't help but immediately think of....Hanae

But , he quickly brush it off by shaking his head,  didn't have time to think about that woman ...she was dead after all

Althea was standing in front of his desk , waiting for the sanction she would receive

" You're grounded "

Claude begin , standing up , his back facing her as he looked at the window

He sighed before opening his mouth again

" Like the usual ... "

He closed his eyes some seconds before opening them again

" You're now forbidden to play outside with your siblings for 1 entire week , are we clear ? "

The youngest nodded ,sadly , while looking at her feet

" Yes , father...."

" Now , go , I already saw you enough "

The child bowed then didn't wait a second and quickly walked towards the door before disappearing

Claude let out a long sigh
