"I'll help him practice his vows, I don't mind"
I smile at them while making my way toward Victor
"That way the wedding can still happen tomorrow"
I looked around for someone to respond, Victoria was the only one to give me a reaction
"Well, Mother, if you're okay with it?"
She turned towards Mrs. Everglot in anticipation
Her mother looked at me and smiled while giving a subtle nod
"Of course, Y/n is a nice young lady. I think it's a great idea."
I then grabbed Victor's shoulder and led him to the forest just across from the church
"I don't understand how you messed all that up so badly, do you not wanna marry Victoria?"
I looked up at him twisting his tie due to nervousness
I don't know why, he was like 7 feet tall and I was only 5'3
"No no, I very much wanna marry Victoria. After I met her, I couldn't be more thrilled for us to be married."
I start to collect sticks and set up stuff that would be perfect to use for practice
"Then, let's get started. I'm gonna help you, I can tell she likes you too."
I then send a little smile his way, which makes him stop fidgeting with his clothes as much
"Let us begin with line one, which is, with this hand, I will lift your sorrows."
He takes a deep breath in
"With this hand, I will lift your sorrows?"
I shake my head in disappointment
"You seem unsure, be more confident! With this hand, I WILL lift your sorrows!"
"With this hand, I will lift your sorrows!"
I smile
"Your cup will never empty, for I will be your wine!"
"YOU'RE CUP WILL NEVER EMPTY FOR I WILL BE YOUR WINE!"
"That's it, you're getting there, keep thinking of Victoria."
I then grab the two sticks that are candles and hand him one
After looking around I begin to see the clouds go dark and notice the crows getting louder
I shake it off
"With this candle, I will light your way in darkness!"
"WITH THIS CANDLE, I WILL LIGHT YOUR WAY IN DARKNESS!"
We use the sticks we have in our hands and pretended to light another candle
"With this ring..."
He pulled out the ring that was in his left pocket, I hold it with him to help him with the motion if it
I can feel him shake a little so I give him a reassuring smile
"WITH THIS RING..."
I smile at him and pointed toward the stick we were going to put the ring on
Then, at the same time, we speak while putting the ring on
"I ask you to me mine."
"I ask you to be mine."
We then begin to notice the crows spinning around us
"Huh, weird. Anyways, you did well Victor, I think you're ready to m-"
I get interrupted by, an earthquake? I look at Victor to only get the same reaction
I then fall to the ground in shock
"OH MY GOD, IT'S A DEADLY STICK!"
The stick on the ground then started to go up until it turned into a whole blue women
"It's the zombie apocalypse already? I thought we still had a long while or I would've prepared!"
She then looked down at me
"PLEASE DON'T EAT MY BRAINS! I SWEAR I DON'T HAVE ANY!"
Before I could say anything else, the woman smiled before speaking
"I do."
'I do? I do what? Wait for a minute, she's dead but alive, zombies don't talk..'
"You ain't suppose to talk, you're a zombie, is this a prank?"
As I was about to start laughing, Victor then picked me up in one swoop
"Victoria would kill me if I let anything happen to you, sorry."
While Victor was running with me like a madman, I look at the woman that was chasing us
Her blue hair ever so slightly blew behind her, and she had a white wedding dress on along with some makeup that was on her face
'Oh? She even dressed for the occasion
I looked in front of me to see the bridge that led to the church, He put me down
"I think, I think we lost it"
I roll my eyes
"I'm pretty sure it's she unless it's a drag queen."
"What's a drag queen?"
My eyes widen as I saw the woman make her way over to us
"Nevermind."
He followed my gaze to meet with the women that stood arm's length away
"You may kiss the bride."
She then wrapped her arms around us
