Soon Monami was feeling sleepy and she sleep there only in karan's embrace while sitting on the floor
Karan picked her in his arms in bridal style and went to his room and laid her on his bed

He started caressing her hair and thought "It's ok Monami tumhe kuch nahi hoga, main kabhi hone hi nahi dunga. I am here with you and yahi rahunga. Bhale yeh shaadi humari Marzi se nahi ho raha par mere chacha ki buri nazar kabhi tum tak nahi pohochne dunga, usse pehle I'll make sure he doesn't breath anymore. I just wish you are not going hate me in future"

He stood up and was about to go but Monu hold his hand and opened her eyes

M: Ruk nahi saktey kya please??

K: Yahi hu bas couch par letne jaa raha tha

M: Par yeh toh kaafi bada bed hai ispe toh aaram se 3 Jan so jaaye toh hum toh fir bhi 2 hai toh yahi aa jaao na

Karan raised his one eyebrow with questioning eyes

M: I mean, acha chhodo tum bed par aa jaao main couch par chali jaati hu

She stood up from the bed and was about to go but Karan hold her elbow and pulled her toward him, and she dashed on his chest.

K: Maine aisa kaha ki tumhe waha jaana hai??

M: Karan dard ho raha hai

Karan realised that he was holding her hand way too tightly
He released her hand

K: I am sorry woh galti se ho gya zyada pain ho raha hai??

M: I don't believe this

K: You don't believe what sunshine?

M: Ki tum aur tumhare uncle ek hi family ke hissa ho? Like sorry agar tumhe bura laga ho but mujhe unse bilkul achi vibes nahi aayi

Karan smiled proudly that she's already fishy about his uncle

K: And mujhse nahi aayi kharab vibes??

M: Haha nice joke, haan uss din thoda bura laga tha cafe mein but Aaj toh aisa lag raha hai jaise tum woh Karan ho hi nahi. Woh khadoos shergill tha yeh caring shergill hai. Big difference no??

K: Well mujhe samajh nahi aaya yaha meri tarif Hui yah mazak bana but ok thanks

Monami started laughing and Karan was just staring her.
Monami looked at him and her laugh turned into a cute smile
Karan started looking here and there to avoid eye contact with her.

M: I think papa ka decision utna bhi kharab nahi hai

K: Sorry??

M: Like tum uthe bhi bure nahi ho, you know what meri friend ko lagta hai main tumhare saath khush nahi reh paaunga

K(in his mind): Yes kaafi sahi lagta hai ussey, maano uski baat and dur raho inn jhagdo se

K: Tumhe kya lagta hai??

M: Mujhe??

She took a step toward him getting so close to him that they can feel each other's breath

M: Sach batau toh mujhe nahi pata but haan itna pata hai ki tum mujhe sad nahi hone doge

K: Aur aisa kyu lagta Hai tumhe??

M: Umm

Monami started stepping back and her legs collided with the corner of his bed and she fell down
Karan rush to kneel down in front of her and he saw some tears in her eyes
He cupped her face and wipped her tears

K: Hey hey hey kya hua please ro mat zyada pain ho raha hai cream yah spray lagana hai? Yah pain killer Khana hai main laa du??

M: See jo itne chhotey se chaut pe itna panick karne laga and rotey hue nahi dekh paya woh toh mere rone ki wajah kabhi nahi banega

K: Are you serious? Dara Diya tha tumhe mujhe!!!!

M: Uh sorry for that

K: It's ok aadat hai iski

He was about to take his hands back but Monami hold his hands

M: I am sorry agar tumhe bura laga but Mera waisa koi intention nahi tha tum please naraz mat ho

K: No no no sunshine it's not like that.

He sighed and kissed on her forehead
Monami closed her eyes to feel his touch

M: Waise tum mujhe "sunshine" kyu boltey ho?

K: Meri marzi , ab bas so jaao bohot bakwas karli

M: Khadoos

K: Suna maine

M: Sunana hi tha tumhe

Karan shook his head in disbelief and smiled

Monami's POV

Yah toh mujhe misunderstanding Hui hai yah toh Karan just abhi smile Kiya woh bhi itna widely.... And and and wtf his dimples... It's like cherry on the cake. I never said that but yes he is indeed very good looking and those dimples now... God he is ✨PERFECT✨
