Wally had always been very lonely. With how little he left Home, his friends worried, then soon after forgot he was even there. The thing is: Wally hates being alone. He couldn't stand the loneliness he had to face every time he woke up. Home was his only comfort now. He knew there was something wrong with him, he cried every time he thought about his loneliness after all. Wally begged Home to give him something that could fix him, make him feel even just a little bit better. So, Home suggested to Wally: that he talk to you.
Within only a week of knowing you through a telephone and TV, he was already in love
He really does think of you as the absolute most, and he never forgets to mention that at the end of all of your calls
But phone calls weren't enough for him, after about a month he couldn't contain himself. He NEEDED you there with him, and soon
So, he managed to convince you to come meet him and Home
The day you arrived at his neighborhood, he was so excited he could barely keep from squealing. That is until he looked out of Home's window and saw that the OTHERS got to interact with you before he did

Wally didn't think it was possible, but once he got to see you in person he just feel deeper in love
He knew if he came off as rushing or creepy, he'd ruin his chance with you, and he could NOT ruin his chance with someone as perfect as you. Despite wanting to claw his own skin off because of how badly he wanted to drown you in affection, he took things slow so he could maybe have that chance
And to his luck, you accepted his request of love
He didn't want to come off as rushing the relationship, he really didn't, but he just couldn't contain himself and you were already being smothered with affection on day one
Luckily, you didn't find his affection all that weird
Wally just thinks you're absolutely perfect in every way. He loves you so much, he feels like he'll d1e if you aren't always right there with him
If you try leaving him, he'll get on his hands and knees and beg you to stay through tears
