The new teacher (Marilyn Thornhill x Reader)

First date

Y/N'S POV

I knock on the door and a few seconds later it opens

"C-can we talk?" I ask

Miss Thornhill nods and I enter her room, she sits on the bed and I sit next to her

"Listen-"

"I'm sorry" the redhead says

"F-for what?"

"For kissing you, I shouldn't have done that"

My heart breaks at that sentence and I look down

"I- I see"

I stand up and head towards the door. Before I can reach it, Miss Thornhill grabs my hand and stops me

"Honey..."

I look at the woman, cup her cheeks and place my lips on hers

"Honey, we can't"

"Why not?"

"I'm your teacher"

"I'm of legal age and I graduate in a couple of months" I say

"I'm older than you...you should be with someone your age"

"I only want you"

I wrap my arms around the redhead's neck and pull her closer to me

"We will be extra careful"

"Okay, let's give it a try" Miss Thornhill says

I smile and kiss her

The bell rings and I start putting my things in my school bag

"Miss Y/l/n, can I talk to you for a second?"

I watch the others leave and once the last student exits the greenhouse, I walk towards Marilyn's desk

I turn my head and take a look outside to check if someone is walking by. When I don't see anyone I look at the redhead, cup her cheeks and kiss her

A few seconds later I pull away and bite my lip

"S-sorry, I don't know what came over m-"

Miss Thornhill places her index finger on my lips and smiles

"It's okay"

She pecks me on the lips and then sits down, I sit on top of her desk and she places her hand on my leg, she starts rubbing my thigh and looks at me

"I have something to ask you" she says

"What is it?"

"Will you go on a date with me?"

My heart skips a beat and I feel my cheeks heating up, I look at the woman and smile

"I would love to go on a date with you Marilyn"

She smiles and stands up, she cups my cheeks and places her lips on mine

I unplug the hair curler and put it in the drawer, I look at myself in the mirror and smile

I exit the bathroom and walk towards my bed, a few seconds later I hear a knock on the door

"Come in"

The door opens and closes

"Hey bestie, do you wanna-"

Enid gasps and looks at me up and down

"O.M.G! You look stunning!"

I smile and grab my purse

"Thanks"

"Do you have a date?"

I nod and the werewolf squeals

"Why didn't you tell me? Who's the lucky one?"

"That's a secret" I say

"Pleaseee"

"I have to go"

I kiss Enid on the cheek and walk towards the door

"When you come back I want all the details!"

I giggle and leave the room, I make my way towards Crackstone's crypt and when I arrive I see Marilyn waiting for me

She sees me and smiles, she walks towards me

"Hey honey"

She kisses me on the cheek and then checks me out

"You are gorgeous"

I start blushing and tuck a strand of hair behind my ear

"T-thank you"

The redhead smiles and adjusts her glasses

"Now, I need you to close your eyes" she says

I do as told and wait, I hear the door of the crypt being opened and a few seconds later Marilyn grabs my hand

She leads me inside and then closes the door

"Okay honey, you can open your eyes"

I open my eyes and gasp. The place is set up as a picnic date, there are fairy lights all around the crypt and I also notice a projector

I turn around and look at the redhead, she smiles and walks towards me

"Do you like it?" she asks

"I love it"

I kiss her on the cheek and sit on the blanket. Marilyn sits next to me, opens the basket and starts taking out the food

We start eating and make small conversations, when we finish we put what's left in the basket and lay down on the pillows

"Wanna watch a movie?"

I nod and the woman stands up. She walks towards the door, lowers a white sheet and then walks towards the projector and turns it on

"What movie is it?"

"Wait and see"

The redhead sits next to me and the movie starts, I quickly recognize what movie it is and start smiling

"It's Lord of the Rings! I love it!"

"I know honey"

Marilyn wraps her arms around my waist and kisses me on the forehead, we lay down and watch the movie

I enter the room and close the door, I see Marilyn watering the plants and I walk towards her, I wrap my arms around her waist and hug her from behind

She puts the watering can down, turns around and smiles

"Hey honey"

She cups my cheek and kisses me, a few seconds later she pulls away and grabs my hand

We lay down on the bed and cuddle, the redhead starts playing with my necklace and bites her lip

"I have to tell you something"

"What is it?" I ask

"I'm your secret admirer"

I gasp and look at the woman

"The peony, the giant teddy bear, the necklace...it was all you?"

Marilyn nods and adjusts her glasses, I hug her and kiss her on the cheek

"How did you manage to walk around the school with a giant stuffed animal without anyone seeing you?" I ask

"It was a bit difficult. I brought the teddy bear here in the middle of the night and then I took it to your room while everyone was in class"

I giggle and look at the woman, I cup her cheek and place my lips on hers, a few seconds later I pull away and run my fingers through Marilyn's auburn hair

"Thank you for the gifts, I love them"
