Mark slowly awoke again, yet another day.

His mind shrouded with thoughts of Cesar, which he hated, he infected his brain. Mark was disgusted with his thoughts. He hated him..But, he just..Wouldn't go.

He was there..He was everywhere..

"Maaarkk! Come downstairs! I need you!" Sarah yelled.

Mark let out a muffled groan into his pillow.

"Coming.."

He said, slowly getting up.

He opened his door, shutting it behind him..As he started to walk down the stairs.

"A— MMH-!"

He let out a muffled scream as Sarah tried to hush him. She looked panicked.

"Sarah!- What do you-..Wait, Sarah? But I just—"

"I heard it too."

Marks blood ran cold. He swore he could hear his heart beating.

"Mark! Cmon! Don't keep me waiting, dude!" The voice beckoned.

"Stay quiet." Sarah whispered, she looked just as scared as he did, but tried to look calm.

"Who's..Who's downstairs?.."

"..I don't know, Mark. But that is not me."

Panic continued to spread. Mark was trying to steady his breathing, feeling like he was gonna break down and have a panic attack at any moment.

While Sarah was trying to comfort him to the best of her abilities..While trying not to panic and cry in front of him. But the truth is, she was scared. Horrified, even.

"I-Its gonna be okay.."

"S-Sarah I-I—"

Mark struggled to get his words out, as they slowly and quietly started to move towards a nearby phone.

"Mark. Where are you? Come down here now."

Sarah's voice beckoned him. He covered his ears.

"I'm so scared— I-I'm so scared.." He mumbled to himself.

"It'll be okay, don't worry..Just don't draw any attention to yourself."

They got to Sarah's room, where her phone was on the bed. She quickly dialed the police.

"That's it, Mark! I'm coming up there! And I better see you!"

Marks blood ran cold. He could see Sarah's face turn pale as she tried to hurry up on the call.

"T-there's someone in our home..Yes..No..We don't know him..Okay..Thank you.."

Mark went to go softly shut the door and lock it, so it won't see them.

"..Shhhhh.."

Sarah hushed, sitting down on the floor to avoid further detection.

Mark sat down with her, fighting back the tears that pricked at the sides of his eyes.

"Mark. Don't hide from me! I'm your sister, please, just come out."

They heard the creak of it stepping on the last step..

It was upstairs now.

Mark pulled on his hoodie strings, his body was still aching and his mind was just being put through more torment.

"Hey- Hey It's okay, the police are coming.."

Sarah hugged Mark, he cried in her shoulder.

"Don't make me do this, Mark. I know what you did."

Marks face when pale again. What? How did it know? How does it know?

"Do you really want to aggravate your only sister?!"

She searched through doors, and then got to Sarah's. Jingling the doorknob to no avail.

"..I see how it is."

The voice said, beginning to bang on the door.

"MARK! Mark! Please open the door! It hurts! He's out here!"

Mark dug his face into Sarah's shoulder..Sobbing and shaking.

"Mark please! Mark-! Save me!"

The banging got louder, but suddenly stopped, and Cesars voice played.

"I thought you were different."

He said, as sirens sounded outside. It made his ears ring.

"..They're here."
