Caleb: I'm gonna show you how to do this obstacle course you go around the table get this ribbon go around the table half then you are gonna come over the couch pick up that ribbon and then you're gonna come over here climb the beam pick up that ribbon go under the beam pick up that ribbon come over the beam then you're gonna come here do a four pullover then you're gonna pick up that ribbon then do a backtroll then you're gonna climb up on this bench get that ribbon then come over here come through here get that ribbon come over right there put all your roses right there do a pull over then stop hit the ground then you're done if you miss a ribbon you get 10 seconds added to your time
Annie: Okay Jonne'a you're up first I wanted you to go
