Frank went to the kitchen sink and began to fill up a green watering can. The water trickled down and a few drops fell out and splashed against Frank's arm, but they didn't mind. The water reached the top and Frank turned off the faucet, before slipping their shoes on and heading outside. It was a nice partially cloudy day, Frank's favorite form of weather.

They made their way over to the garden set up next to their home. They smiled at the sight of their plants growing happily and enjoying the warmth the few rays of sun brought them. Frank moved the watering can over the flowers and allowed the water to sprinkle onto them, giving them the substance they needed.

Frank looked at the flowers and smiled at how healthy they were, before something caught their eye. A blue butterfly flew by their face, causing their gaze to follow it. Excitement filled Frank, as they set down the watering can and began to follow it. They were so focused on the beautiful insect, that they didn't see someone coming until it was too late.

Frank fell to the ground on their bottom and groaned in pain. "OH NO- I'm so sorry Frank. Im so clumsy..." Frank rubbed their back and looked up to see Eddie standing up with his arm outstretched to Frank. Frank sighed, before taking his hand and allowing Eddie to hoist them up. "It's ok, Eddie. Sorry I didn't see you, I was following a butterfly..."

A frown fixated on Frank's face when they realized the butterfly was no where in sight. "Oh dear... did I scare it off?" Frank nodded, causing Eddie to frown. "Yeah, but it's ok! Did you have something you wanted to talk about?" Eddie looked down, before awkwardly kicking a pebble that was lying on the ground. "Ah, you know... maybe now this isn't the best time."

Frank's head tilted to the side, as they gave him a questioning look. "What do you mean?" Eddie met eyes with Frank and found themselves blushing. "Oh uh- I was going to ask if you uh... wanted to go on a walk with me?" A  smile formed on Frank's face, before nodding. "Of course I would!" Eddie chuckled and rubbed the back of their neck, before taking Frank's hand and walking with them.

"So, how is your day going?" Eddie asked, unsure of when they will ask the big question. "It's going pretty good. The flowers are doing quite nicely!" Frank smiled brightly at Eddie, which Eddie returned. "That's good!..." The two walked in silence for a bit, before Frank glanced over at Eddie and noticed how fidgety he was being. "Eddie, is something the matter? You seem a little on edge."

"On edge? Me? Pfft, no. Everything is perfectly fine!" Eddie laughed awkwardly, as Frank came to a stop, causing Eddie to stop as well due to the fact they were both holding hands. "Eddie, you can talk to me you know. If something's bothering you or is wrong, I want to know." Eddie mumbled something, before looking down at the ground. "Eddie?..." Frank watched, as Eddie ran away. "EDDIE!?! WAIT!- WHAT DID I DO??"

Eddie rushed into his home and slammed the door shut. He let out a loud groan, before banging his head against the door. "Stupid, stupid, STUPID!!" "Eddie? What happened?" Julie asked as she came running, because of the sound of the door slamming. "I couldn't tell them, what if they say no? What if they aren't ready?" Julie pulled Eddie into a hug and pat his back, as a few tears fell out of his eyes.

"Eddie, I think you're overthinking everything. Frank loves you and you know it. They will definitely say yes!" Eddie wiped the tears from his eyes, as he separated. "You really think so?" Julie smiled brightly and nodded eagerly. "I know so! Just so you know, we are almost finished setting up, so we will be ready for you guys. Don't worry about it, you've got this!" She gave him a big thumbs up, before walking away.

Eddie let out a sigh and opened the door, only to see Frank in front with their hand up, getting ready to knock. "Oh, Eddie! Are you ok??" Eddie took Frank's hands and looked into their eyes. "Yeah, I'm really sorry for running off there." Frank chuckled, before moving one of their hands to Eddie's cheek and placing a soft kiss on his lips and pulling away.

"It's ok. Do you want to talk about it?" Eddie blushed slightly, but smiled and nodded. "Want to resume our walk?" Frank smiled back nodded happily, as the two walked away.

Meanwhile... "JULIE! WALLY ATE ALL THE APPLES-"
